Mark was responded very quickly when I reached out needing a water heater repair on a weekend in the evening. My dog had chewed through multiple wires and the damage was worse than we initially thought. Despite the difficulty of the repair, Mark was very upfront and reasonable about costs the entire time. He was also very kind about teaching me/ telling me what he was doing along the way. I felt as though he did quality work and did his best to ensure long-term solutions. Great guy, great work, super reasonable prices and HONEST service.

Kevin arrived the same day I called and I told him what needed repair and replacing. I liked that I didn’t have to make another appointment for the work. It was done the same day to my satisfaction. Kevin and the other plumber were very personable and easy to talk to and they answered all my questions. I plan on calling them again if I need any plumbing to be done.

We had a few inspection items on a home we were purchasing in Monument, one being a leaking pressure valve on hot water heater they repaired the problem; 6 weeks after moving in, we had a leak on same hot water heater, Aaron arrived promptly and replaced the valve at no charge stating they should have replaced it on the initial appointment (different valve). They redid plumbing in the entire master bathroom, rerouted pipes, installed double shower heads, rain showers, did new plumbing for the bathtub.
Everything was done at very reasonable price with water shot off just for few hours. Definitely will hire them again for future projects.

I had bought a furnace tune up from Groupon and was lucky enough to have the pleasure of having Nathan as my technician. He was able to service the furnace in a really quick time frame and was in and out but also explained to me as he was working what he was doing so that's cool too! We had a furnace with a humidifier and UV filtration, and an AC installed in our home... The process was smooth and everything past inspection with flying colors... I had this installed 2 months ago and my house is so cool and comfortable and the air smells so clean and fresh! They cleaned and sanitized my ducts too, which I couldn't believe the amount of junk that was in my ducts!! Excellent customer service, amazing installers that protected my carpet and cleaned up when they were done... Rick came out to Falcon/Peyton and relocated the whole-house filters from my well system from the crawl space I can no longer physically get into up to a main floor room. He also installed a valve that allows me to turn off the water to the whole house from the main floor. After trying to reuse my existing filters to save me money (which leaked), he put in a temporary fix to allow us to have water and came back the next day with new filters. He also fixed my dryer vent/hose that I have been fighting with for a year. The job cost about what I expected, and was more than reasonable considering the two trips. I will call him again if I ever need plumbing assistance.
