Leo's is a responsible company. They do it right, for a reasonable price, and quick. Rich and Ed did an EXCELLENT job replacing a busted drain line underneath the laundry room floor. They busted up the concrete with breaking more than needed, fixed the pipe right, and did a great job putting the concrete back.

Bill's Plumbing and Drain have been our company and family's go-to plumbing company for some time now. They are always friendly and helpful when scheduling. Their plumbers are extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are always on time and their pricing is fair. Bill's Plumbing and Drain also goes above and beyond to make sure the work is done properly. They have a warranty on all their work that they actually stand by and will come back out however many times it takes to make sure it’s done right. We have never needed to use the warranty but it’s nice to know it’s there! Bill's truly is a family owned and operated company that treats all of their customers like an extension of their family!

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing service. We called to make an appointment to have a leak in our garage looked at. My husband makes the only appointment they have, during business hours, which means he has to take off work. They never explained this was only an appointment to get an estimate, not to have any actual work done. For that, they need to come back on Saturday. On Saturday, they look at the pipe and determine its coming from the kitchen sink but it’s more work than they have time to do because it will take several hours and they have to get to other appointments. So they need to come back again. We agree to have them come back when we aren’t home. They come back and are only in our home for 30 minutes based on our home security cameras. We call to find out why they were only there 30 minutes for something that was supposed to take several hours and are told the job is done. We just think maybe it was easier than they thought. Nope. We come home to the pipe in our kitchen sink cut out and thrown in our front lawn, our garbage disposal disconnected and a hole in a wall. We call the after hours line and get told they couldn’t do the work because they realized they needed to get behind the dishwasher and the dishwasher wouldn’t easily pull out. We didn’t receive a call because one guy thought the other guy was calling us and the other guy thought the first guy was calling us. Then they say they can refer us to an appliance person to pull the dishwasher out. My husband had it out in less than 10 minutes by just lowering the leveling legs. So now it’s been a week and three appointments later and I went from having a working kitchen sink that leaked a little to a completely disconnected sink and a hole in my wall. Absolutely ridiculous. I would NEVER recommend this company. Do yourself a favor and call anyone else.

Replaced the pressure valve on the waterline for the house. This gentleman was quick., professional and informative.

Final update:Hired another company to come out and certify the furnace and to clean it again. They checked the furnace found a loose wire and stated that it is working fine. So needless to say Smith was trying to charge us $500 to replace a board that was working fine. The problem ended up being a loose wire that was caused by the work that Smith had done. The new company cleaned it again for us and certified that it was working. I have photo proof and written proof from other another company. We could’ve been taken for another $500 but instead seek a second opinion. If you want to know what kind of business you’re dealing with just read the follow up below and it will give you an idea of their tone and what kind of company you’re dealing with.We never once said we would post a lying one star review if you did not fix it free. The review was posted after you came out the second time and said the board was broken and you had no discount to offer. I would love to hear that on your recorded line as I would love to hear the discount offered on the first phone call. You only offered a small discount after a second phone call but promptly changed your mind after you read the review on Google .The only thing we requested from this company was to come out and re-clean the furnace and they said they would but changed their mind when they read my review. That would have at least helped the situation and avoided this feedback and our complaint with the Better Business Bureau. But instead they chose to keep our money from the furnace cleaning and follow up with nasty remarks.FOLLOW UP:The discount was never initially offered they said they had no discount to offer us. Second the furnace was working fine when you guys certified that it was working. Then you did a recall item and now it does not work. You caused the furnace to be dirty and you will not clean it and will not come out to clean it unless I delete this review. Great business ethics! I only leave reviews that are earned and you have not earned a better one. I will be filing with the bbb next.We hired this company to clean our furnace. They found a code issue so they fixed it after they cleaned the furnace. They said everything was working great and left. They left us with a mess in the basement and in the furnace that they just cleaned. A week goes by and we try to put on the furnace and it won’t come on. So we called them out again and they said it’s an issue with the board in the furnace. They don’t take any blame for the issue and just say it’s old and want to charge us a large amount of money to fix it. Yes the furnace is 20 years old but it was working great before they cleaned it. We don’t recommend them!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Caleb came by just a couple hours after I had to turn off my water because my shower wouldn't cut off. He had the work done in 20 mins for a good price and was an awesome guy to talk to. I'd recommend this company for any plumbing disaster you might have in your house.

I was referred to Olson by my home inspector. It sucks how expensive HVAC can be but they have gone above and beyond for us. The part needed is delayed so they provided us with modular AC units to make it more bearable in the meantime. We also had a couple other estimates done and Olson's was right in line with others. I'd highly recommend.

Very professional and solved my issues in a very timely and respectful manner. Would highly recommend.
