I am grateful for his finding a CO problem (explaining my headaches) and sharing with us some heaters to get us through the coldest night of this week.Adam and Geronimo just left after successfully replacing a 50 year old furnace. They were each professional and friendly! I appreciate their service to our family.

Same day service. Unclogged our kitchen sink using a 75 foot auger within 30 minutes after we had tried to use a 25 foot auger for 2 days. Great service, wore a mask. Highly recommend this company and will call them in the future for help.

I used western peak on two occasions. Firstly James came out and installed a water heater for us. Our old water heater was only a 2017 model and had already died. Instead of just installing a new one and being on his way, he checked the pressure and determined our PRV had failed and even a new water heater would eventually fail again due to this problem so he fixed that first, saving us some headache down the road. Everything was done very quickly, very professionally, and he even took the time to explain some things to me and change out a few additional fixtures that were leaking.

After a few months our blower fan (installed by someone at Springs Heating & Cooling 6 months prior) became unbalanced and started scraping against the cage. Corey came out, diagnosed the problem almost immediately and was easily able to fix it. He also took the time to clean up some of the wiring, explain the issue and why it happened, even changed the filter for us. Plus, almost more importantly, he is fighting the good fight to bring it back and has the most glorious mullet I've ever seen.

This guy fooled around with my leaky faucet, ending up being unusable, then charged us 130.00 for his body being here. In my book if you can't fix the problem, you don't charge for the problem or was 130.00 a trip charge? Also, he gave an outrageous estimate of 600.00 dollars to put in a washtub. This place is a no-go.
Too bad he was so was so bad we are interested in remodeling our bathroom and now he is 'out'.

Pete and Ashley are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Pete also set me up with an electrical inspection when he saw that I had a Federal Pacific panel and gave me the run down on why they are not safe in homes! Ashley cleared my bathroom sink drain on her own as a trainee and did an incredible job. They both also gave me a little background info on how they each came into the business. Fred got me in the schedule the same day for a sewer scope and explained everything in detail to me. He also made a video of the scope. We will be going through his company for the repairs.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Called Olson to repair hot water heater on Friday. Sent out tech Friday, after 2 hours determined the control was bad, also that there should have been a sediment trap and told me he'd return on Saturday. Tech called me from local parts store to get serial and model number, once gave it to him he said he could not do the repair because it was under warranty under a different vender and we would not be charged for Fridays visit. We decided to forget the warranty and have Olson install a new one, they said they would install it Tuesday. Tuesday was installation day, billing was as follows $1299 for water heater, $240 expansion tank, $65 valves, $24 tees, then labor charges 2 hours for the Friday (overtime rate), the 1 1/2 hour for Saturdays 15 minute phone call (overtime rate), 1 hour reg rate for Tuesday GRAND TOTAL $2372.06 for A 40 gal hot water heater. Something just doesn't ADD up. Plus tech did not install the highly recommended sediment trap.

I had a great experience working with Rick. He was very personable and took time to answer my questions. He gave me great tips on how to maintain my water heater. He was up front with his cost and completed the installation at the quoted price. I will definitely call him again.
