It’s hard to find a company that has quality service & great prices but that’s exactly what we got with Smith Plumbing, Heating & Cooling! After a frustrating few months of dealing with the “other guys” poor service and or high priced quotes. My wife seen one of the big pink Smith trucks and noted it was a woman owned company so she called. We are sure glad we did! One of their technicians came to our home, not some pushy salesman, reviewed everything with us and we were shocked that they were half the price of the other companies lowest quote. The other guys priced at $13,000 and Smith’s with the same exact equipment (I checked) at $6,497 and we got a free whole house duct cleaning and sanitizing included. We also decided to upgrade our old 40 gallon water heater to a tankless Navien on-demand water heater on special for only $2,900. Their prices were so good we were concerned that maybe the quality of work would be lacking but again we were pleasantly surprised as their installers and technicians were courteous, polite and did a super job! We highly recommend Smith’s to anyone wanting great service at a great price!

Lucas and his son came out to my house to fix a small leak and found that we also needed to install a Pressure Regulator Valve. They did an excellent job.

They were professional and great at communication. Gave me a fair price and explained the process completely and throughly.

I will definitely be using them again for any type of plumbing issues I encounter in the future.

I needed a new Hot Water Heater and was new to Colorado Springs. Not knowing anyone with the skill-set required, I decided to contact Home Depot. Within the hour a representative from Home Depot called and after a short communication process told me the installation could be done the next day. What a relief. When the service Technician Andrew arrived I knew immediately that the installation would go smoothly. His level of confidence was commensurate with his experience. The Hot Water Heater was installed perfectly and I would absolutely be happy hiring him for any Plumbing work in the future! Reasonably priced and very fast service. I called B&L because I had seen their adds on TV. I needed a leaking shower repaired which would involve replacing a 10 cent rubber washer held on by one screw on the faucet valve. I was not at the location the work was being done but my wife was so the tech called me for the go-ahead on the repair. I asked for a quote---he told me they had set fees for everything they did and didn't do things on a hourly basis. To replace the two rubber washers would cost $255 plus $59 for the service call. I couldn't believe it and told him I was going to call the business to confirm the price. I did speak with the owner and he confirmed what the tech had told me. I told him that price was ridiculious and he said I could cancel the job----which I did!!!! I DID TELL HIM THAT HE HAD TO PLAY FOR HIS TV SPOTS SOMEHOW

Scheduled online appointment,gave me a time and confirmed but no one showed up ,no call either,!

Mark is great! He did an excellent job on a very tough clog! He kept me informed on what he was doing and why, which I appreciated. He gave me followup steps to help stop the clog from happening again. His prices are great too!

Friday April 16, 2021 Joe inspected a gas fired boiler for baseboard heating, and diagnosed a faulty gas valve and some other related plumbing issues. He had to order a new part and received the delivery on Tuesday 20 April. He worked that day, and fixed the problem, in a timely and professional manner. At the time Flow-Right his was the only company that was able to response so quickly despite the heavy work load for all contractors. Would highly recommend Joe and the Flow-Right Company.

We are having our countertops replaced. Kitchen sink, dishwasher, gas range top and refrigerator must be removed for the countertop people to do their work. I got an appointment with BullsEye plumbing over a month ahead of time. They were supposed to come out and give an estimate today. THEY LOST THE APPOINTMENT. It's too late to get someone else to do it, so, I'll have to do it myself.

I am so grateful for Roto Rooter! We had a leak that we didn’t take care of and it turned into a huge mess. We called Roto Rooter not only were they out the same day, but this whole process (which could have been a nightmare) turned out to be a breeze.
