I contacted this company as my neighbor had a great experience . I paid half of my service down when technician came out to give me my estimate. Couple days later technicians show up they were unable to complete services wich they said we should have known at 1st visit however they left i call company to ask for a refund on what i had paid. They said id get partial payment back as tech said they did 1 vent wich tech didnt mention to me. After a little phone hassle g.m apologies for inconvenience and even though they electronically took my payment id have to wait for a check. 5 to 7 days here we are 17 days later no check. Accounting has no record of my reimbursement and g.m is out of town till next week so i am still out of pocket for services not completed.

He was great. We came home from the hospital with our newborn to a back filled shower and we couldn’t flush our toilet. He came out very quickly and got it taken care of. His service was very fast and he was super respectful. Would recommend and will be calling if we have any issues in the future.

Had carl come out to visit. Quick and efficient work ethic. Very smart, but absolute terrible customer service. Ripped the invoice out of my hand started heavy breathing and this look in his eye like he was gonna get physical. All because I asked if they had a 1.5 hour minimum or if they charged for driving time. Just trying to find out how they priced because I couldn't find it on there website. Overall not a pleasant experience, because this is my home and yeah. Still have three stars because he came out at 6 at night.

Uintah Plumbing & Drain installed a new water heater for me. It was done in a timely and very professional manner, and I highly recommend their services !

James was friendly and super helpful in identifying our problem and getting us into a temporary working order until the problem could be solved. I'm glad to have him as my plumber. Braxton's excavation team (Michael, Jim and Tristan) was also very professional and kept me apprised of their progress. In the end, they completed a big job quickly and effectively and for a fair price. I'm glad I called Mr. Rooter.
