Our technician (Matt) was on time and was extremely pleasant to work with. We spoke with Matt regarding our projects and he provided valuable input for each of our (three) jobs. Two of the three were completed during this visit. The third will wait until we receive quotes on the refinishing of our master shower. After the master shower (remodel) quote is received, we’ll contact Affordable Plumbing to schedule Matt to coordinate the install of the new shower fixtures. Jorge did wonderful job of new basement intall of bathroom and bar. Very personable and consciousness. Highly recommend. Very skilled but at a reasonable price. Completed shower/tub, sink and toilet. Bar install: garbage disposal, sink and dishwasher. Very kind even when we made last minute changes from tile to vinyl floors. He had to redo toilet drain but completed quickly and professionally. Oakview Mechanical did an EXCELLENT job replacing our furnace and air conditioner. Unlike other companies who we received estimates from, they realized that our vent pipe needed to be upgraded to accommodate a newer furnace, and they completed that for us as well. Doc's is GREAT! I needed a new sewer line in my old 1964 home. They came out quickly, did a great job, and there were no surprises. They turned a very stressful situation around and completed the job.

I have been assigned several plumbers through several different AHS home warranty claims. Tombstone Plumbing and Sewer in Colorado Springs was hands-down the best plumber that I have used through AHS. They sent a representative out within a few hours the day that our hot water heater started leaking (on a Friday). By the following Tuesday morning they were installing the new water heater; no hassle, no drama, VERY good communication (unlike most of our other experiences with AHS partners). Bonnie, the owner, even provided an additional discount on additional items that were not covered by AHS (bringing my old plumbing up to new code); she knows how to run a business with a customer-first mentality!!

We had a bunch of small plumbing problems that we wanted to take care of before we put our house on the market. Mark reach out to us and was able to take care of all of our problems in an afternoon. We highly recommend them!

I called late morning when I found water leaking into the first floor from the mechanical room. A technician was here within 30 minutes, problem was found to be an old water heater started leaking. I have a dual water heater system. I was told the system was plumbed incorrectly and wasn't using both water heaters in tandem. Technician quoted a price to fix everything, it was well within my budget. Technician and helper arrived the next morning and had the install complete in a few hours. Extremely happy with Alphalete Plumbing and Heat.

After hour emergency, service tech was there in 20 minutes, system was repaired and functional within a hour. Service was fast, clean and professional.

I put in a request with my home warranty service (American Home Shield) to address a clogged shower drain and was dismayed to see that the first vendor they assigned had consistently awful reviews. It was an uphill battle to get them to assign a different vendor, but I'm so glad I persisted because Dan's Drains and Digs (AKA Clarey Construction?) did a great job. They reached out to me right away to schedule the job. The office staff was super professional and efficient. So was Donnie, the tech, who came out the very next day and got the job done in a matter of minutes.

I had emergency sewer clog. Called Roto-Rotor at 730pm and about 40 minutes a plumber showed. Josiah was my plumber, as a young adult these days; he really impressed me with his knowledge and ambition, very professional. It took about an hour and half to unclog the drain. I recommend this young man and there needs to be more young adults with is work ethics. Thanks Josiah, I appreciate the hard work.
