I am not sure what is going on at Olson, but I just finally gave up today. I received a notice from the City that I needed a backflow valve to be installed. I had to wait 3 weeks to get an estimator to my building. After that I could not get the results of the estimate. It's been over a month since they visited for the estimate. No contact from them. I practically begged them to help me. Sent emails and left messages. I called another company today to start the process all over. Must be nice to be so busy that you can treat people this way and still be in business. What a shame.

I was impressed with the quality of service given by B & L Plumbing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

The only reason I know of them is the absolutely reckless driving I have encountered by their drivers. I was nearly forced into a crash by them when I had a baby in the car with me. Going north on Cascade the driver pulls out RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME which causes me to have to slam on the brakes nearly crashing. Of course the driver could not wait until I passed, and to complete the story the took a right exactly one block down.

The fact the drivers are so insane and nearly killed a baby I will never deal with this company and warn you to do the same.

These guys are great and reasonably priced. Donny came thru and could not find our leak, didn't charge us for that visit but had another team with a sensor come out and found the leak from a nail that hit a pipe from builder install in 2007. Fixed the leak and problem solved. Amazing work and definitely only calling these guys for any work at the house or our brewery Atrevida Beer Co. Always proud to support a Councilo member. Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

I can't speak for his workmanship but don't call Jeff if you are immunocompromised or have any concerns about COVID. He refuses to wear a mask in your home, which is only professional conduct protecting his customers and himself. It also would have been nice if he would have told me before I waited all day for him to show up. It would have saved us both time and energy.

Can’t say enough good things about Jolly Plumbing! Had an emergency need on the weekend and after hours. Wayne came to the rescue in the middle of a snow storm within the hour to help our customer. Thanks for coming though Jolly!

I was out of town over the holiday weekend, only to come back on Christmas evening to a basement with a soaked carpet and an audible spraying leak behind a finished wall. The only option was to shut off the main, leaving me with no fresh water or toilet until this was fixed. I started looking up local plumbers. Of the 2 vendors that reached back to me, Priority had a much better feel just from reviews. Amy called first thing the following day, saying she doesn't have anything until tomorrow. I told her to pencil me in just in case. Not only did she call me about an hour later, saying she could get me a tech by 2pm, the tech called and showed up at 11:30am. Tate was awesome, professional, and gave me a no-nonsense out-the-door estimate, no matter what it would take to fix. He found the small crack in the pipe, fixed it, and helped me get my water heater set correctly, all in 90 minutes! The World needs more honest and professional local companies like Priority Plumbing and Heating!

Great service and great price. We will definitely be using yellow dog again for any of our future plumbing needs.
