Just needed a new garbage disposal put in since I can longer due this type of work with ruptured discs. Pipes leaked so I contacted them to fix their installation correctly. The plumber spent most of his time here playing with the dogs, tightened the pipes, & they tried to charge me for this. When we first filled the sink it leaked like crazy because the disposal is not mounted tightly to the drain. it is completely loose now I either have to do this whole job again myself or pay another plumber to do the same simple job Smith plumbers did not.

I don't even know where to begin with my review but it basically started with my terrible home warranty company and ends with Josh a competent and courteous professional. I had literally just closed on my home when we discovered a leak in the wall behind the refrigerator. The only way to prevent further damage to my home was to immediately turn off the water to the entire house. It was late, so I decided I would call my warranty company first thing in the morning, Saturday. Well after a unbelievable run around, hours on the phone and of course in tears at this point on Sunday morning I chose to call a plumber myself and just pay it out if my own pocket as we were going on 36 hours without water. . Josh answered, and he immediately put me at ease. He could tell I was frustrated, and said, don't worry we are going to help you. He was at my home within 40 minutes. He was friendly, professional, kind, understanding and above all extremely competent. He rectified the emergency at hand and provided my family with water and still no word from the home warranty people. He also took the time to educate me on some other household issues to watch for. He left, but made a follow up call to me the next day. He even called my home warranty company to speak on my behalf. Josh epitomizes customer service that you rarely see these days. I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone. I know they received a life long customer in me. Thank you for everything and helping me during this challenging time! I highly recommend this company! They recently put in a new furnace and AC for me, and the experience, from beginning to end, was truly first rate. The first contact I had with them was, of course, on the phone to set up an appointment for an estimate. The woman I talked to was friendly, professional and made what we should expect quite clear. (I wish I had remembered to get her name, so I could mention her here.) For the estimate (which is free), Tim Parkey came. He explained my options clearly and concisely - I knew just what to expect. We set up the appointments for the two days required for the work. A crane to get the unit to my roof, and an electrician, were needed, so he set that all up for us as well. The guys (Kade and Brennan) that came to do the work were efficient, pleasant and very good at their jobs, Both days, they arrived right when they said they would. Now really, having contractors make promises and not show up is SO common, that it's become a standard expectation for most of us. Not these guys! They keep their promises! The work is beautiful. True craftsmanship. I could not be more pleased. And the electrician and crane company they set up for us were excellent and kept their schedules as promised as well. So Parkey's has done their homework when it comes to the people they use. The whole operation was smooth as silk.

David was the plumber who installed my new water heater. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, answering my questions and keeping me informed on what he was doing. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and he cleaned up after himself! The office staff was quite helpful, contacting me very quickly after I submitted my request through Angi and e-mailing a quote, the only company to do that. This is a professional company who I will look to in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Green plumbing was the only company that was able to come out within 24 hours. 20 minutes and he had my clogged sink fixed. The tech was very polite and did a great job!

FANTASTIC! We had our water heater go out on us. They responded quickly, were priced fairly, and VERY professional. They even worked with us because the expense was so unexpected. I cannot say enough good about them. Highly Recommended! :)
