Called on a Sunday to have someone out the next day and snake the drain in my kitchen. Lady on the phone was courteous and set me up for am 8-10AM window. Kevin called around 7:50 that he was en route, quoted me, and got the job done by 9. All told, the road fee, drain snake, and $25 first time discount brought the total to $246. I would consider this a tad pricey, however Kevin was professional, left my house exactly the way he found it, and showed up at the beginning of my window which I always appreciate. I am very pleased, and have never been more happy to be able to wash my dishes.

I greatly appreciate Jolly Plumbing! They didn't rip me off. I had a quote from another plumbing company to change the water heater's gas valve for $586. When I called Jolly, they transferred me to someone who told me about how long it would take and a rough estimate of $300-360....and it ended up to be $315. Rustin did an excellent job. He helped diagnose several issues I had concern about and fixed the one immediate issue I needed assistance with, a blown pipe leading to an external faucet that was discovered when remodeling a wall. Previous homeowners had jury-rigged a fix that ran the line back to an older, unusable faucet instead of doing a proper fix. Rustin worked with me to evaluate the situation and then promptly repaired and rerouted the line so I can again use my exterior faucet. He was extremely polite and helpful and I highly recommend both he and Roto-Rooter who provided excellent customer service when arranging the appointment.
