We had a furnace replaced back in November 2020 and we decided to add a central air unit to the house. Unfortunately, due to the weather at the time, they couldn’t complete the central air installation. Fast forward, today they were able to complete the installation and they sent Cory K to handle the job. Cory was very kind and patient especially when it came to answering our questions. Very informative, experienced and most of all, passionate for what he does. Awesome customer service! Thank you for making us feel good with the service you provided.

Jorge is person you want to hire to give your home some TLC! He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

Bobby and this company is a lifesaver!! My AC wasn’t starting up and it was extremely hot in my home. I called this company and they were able to come out same day during their busy season. And the HVAC Tech (Bobby) was one of the friendliest tech I’ve ever met. He explained everything he was doing so I wasn’t left blindsided and even took pictures to show what I couldn’t normally see. He fixed my AC and had an electrician come out 2 days later to fix the electrical issues. The Electrician (Jordan) was just as proficient and friendly which makes me believe this company takes pride in ensuring their customers are treated well. Also the pricing was extremely fair! I will definitely be using this company again!

Timely and very professional service

I needed an outdoor plumbing repair which was not an emergency, but somewhat urgent since we were heading out of town the next morning. I have never needed a plumber and called Olson Plumbing & Heating at the suggestion of a neighbor and I typically see at least one of their trucks on the road every few days. They were able to schedule a same-day service call and a plumber was on the way within an hour. Rich arrived and assessed the issue. He provided options without being pushy or trying to upsell parts or equipment. The repair was completed promptly, tested in front of me, and honestly was a much better installation than the original just two years prior. Rich was very professional and courteous throughout the service. I know that every service call may not go as smoothly as this one, but based on this experience, I would call Olson again for future needs.

Rescheduled multiple times without warning. Absolutely poor communication with the apartment office and tenants of the unit. Prolonging a one day issue and turning it into a two week issue. Absolutely stay away. If you want a company that will actually show up, use affordable plumbing.

Hired in October 2016 to replace pilot starter on water heater. Saturday, 22 Apr, water pilot went out and would not restart. Called tech on duty and also filled out work request on line. Would not listen to fact that city utilities had already been there, insisted that I go thru restarting procedures. After assuring him that pilot would not lit, was more interested in telling me the price of service call. Agreed to wait until Monday for service. Called Monday, was informed one technician was out on an emergency and repairs could not be made til 0800 Wed, 26 Apr.
Would not budge, not try to fit into schedule, or make any concessions. To expect a customer to go 96 hours without hot water is unreasonable.

Oakview Mechanical did an EXCELLENT job replacing our furnace and air conditioner. Unlike other companies who we received estimates from, they realized that our vent pipe needed to be upgraded to accommodate a newer furnace, and they completed that for us as well. Tim provided a fair estimate and also took the lead on getting the job done in a timely manner. Thank you!

Our backflow device was leaking which caused it to flood the office. We called Alphalete and they sent out Diego the same day to take a look at it. He quoted us almost half the price of another company and started the work the next day. He was on time and got the job done quickly and correctly. He got us set up with two things to help prevent this from happening to us again! We really appreciate Alphalete and will definitely use them again for our company and personally for our houses. Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

I used FMS to replace two sinks in my master bath (one had cracked, so I had to replace both on a double vanity to match). Starting with Kris Smith, who went above and beyond researching different repair/replacement options, the FMS team was simply amazing. The plumbers were professional, efficient, and most importantly, great at their jobs. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did and I absolutely know who I will be calling for any future plumbing needs.

When we bought our home in September with no AC we thought we could do without one for the first year. Well the temp went from the seventies to the nineties in one week. UGH! So we started shopping and found Comfort By Design. Scott came by and gave us the information on a heater and AC combo. He is very good at his job, and very easy to talk with. It was a go. The installers came out and went to work. It was quit a task but every thing was done in a timely manner and it is perfect. We are very happy with our cool home.
