The whole team at One Source delivered beyond expectations to replace a broken furnace during a cold spell. From our initial call at 7:30 am to final install at 7:30 at night, they got us diagnosed, ordered a new furnace and related AC unit and installed, with the heat back on in 12 hours. From the service tech Nicolas, to the parts specialist Jose and the installation team of Bryan and Emilio, everyone was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and delivered on what they said they would do. Oakview Mechanical in Colorado Springs quickly fixed my mother’s gas furnace. Their technician, Nathan was out to her house within 90 minutes of my call. He was very professional, polite, and above all, highly skilled. He had to leave to get a part across town but was back pretty quickly. It was a mother board, so only 1 place had one in stock. He finished up an my mom now has heat again. I highly recommend Oakview Mechanical for you HVAC needs. You won’t be disappointed

Phenomenal company. Mark was right on time, explained everything upfront after accessing the problem and did an exceptional job. Their estimate was well below everyone else's. Mr. Rooter is my first and only choice for all future plumbing issues.

Installed AC system. Unfortunately system did not start. Service came out same day and pinpointed the problem (bad relay). He ordered a replacement circuit board at cost. Installed it next week with a new thermostat. Very professional, friendly. Would highly recommend

Green Plumbing was great. Jeff came out and was on time. We had a leaking faucet and within a few minutes he was able to determine that the faucet was damaged and need to be replaced. Jeff ordered the new faucet for us and within a few days was back to install it as promised. Great Quality Work at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Recently moved into a house and out of no where had a back up in our bathroom. Then we found a leak in our crawl space! Just moving here we didn’t know who to call but I saw great things about flow right and had a feeling they’d be the right people for the job. Everyone was really helpful and nice. Isreal went above and beyond to help us. He got the bathroom up and running and the leak stopped within about an hour. He showed me any issues we had and even went into the crawl space to show me where our issues were there. Not to mention this was after regular business hours. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better company or person to work on any services they provide.

We were told that someone should show up between a four hour period and no one showed up and no one bothered to call us to let us know they wouldn’t be showing up. When I called and asked why we weren’t notified that they wouldn’t be here when they said they would be, I was told we just didn’t call. Then still didn’t get an exact time when someone would be here. I ended up wasting a whole day waiting for someone to show. Very unprofessional

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.
