Called at 8 am (Monday), quoted a 1030 arrival same day, showed up early, complete by 1045. Priced appropriately. Respectful, professional, job done correctly. Jeremy was excellent! Highly recommend!

Water heater died on a Monday night, went on Angie's List Tuesday morning and found Alphalete Plumbing & Heat. I submitted my request and got a call back in about 10 minutes. I explained what I was looking for, got a quote, and booked an appointment for Wed morning. Walter and Donny arrived on time, did quick, clean work and brought my venting up to new code. I had a new water heater put in and they hauled away the old one and took care of the permits. Great service!

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

They knew right off my water heater was shot(25 years old)! Took the old one out, and replaced it with a new one! Good people

Very responsive and prompt

Had a team of guys out here to look at a burst sewage pipe. Kacee, Alex, and Zack got right to the problem, and were no nonsense about the repairs needed, and with their advice with further mitigation. Most importantly, there was good communication between several technicians and these three guys. I never had to explain the problem to another person, and everyone that came in knew exactly what to tackle. It was a big job, and they were done in a day. Highly recommend these fellers.
