We were having a backup in one of our lines and scheduled them to come out and snake it. Brandon came out right on time and got to work. Found out my line was broken underground and filled with dirt and they were not able to snake.
They got me scheduled for a few days later to tear out my floor and fix the pipe. Over the phone they did let me know that the plumbers don't get scheduled because they never know how long a job might take and do not want to promise something they cannot deliver on.
Chris came out and was friendly and professional. He kept me updated on the project each step of the way and asked how I wanted to move forward. We ended up tearing up the floor in 2 rooms looking for pipe that was not broken and he worked from 9 am until after 6pm.
Chris had to leave the job unfinished, but came back early the next day to finish at no charge (a few hours of work)!
Leo's was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

Jorge is person you want to hire to give your home some TLC! He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. Technicians are very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and customer service oriented. However scheduling needs improvement, we were scheduled for 6-15-21 between 8 and 10am, the technician called in sick so we were rescheduled for 1pm and no word from the company until 6pm which was to reschedule for 6-18-21 between 8 and 10am, we didn't get the technicians on site until around 5pm after several calls to the office who weren't very helpful and come to find out the office had them scheduled on another install which turns out the office seemed unaware. The technicians are truly keeping this business going.

We were told that someone should show up between a four hour period and no one showed up and no one bothered to call us to let us know they wouldn’t be showing up. When I called and asked why we weren’t notified that they wouldn’t be here when they said they would be, I was told we just didn’t call. Then still didn’t get an exact time when someone would be here. I ended up wasting a whole day waiting for someone to show. Very unprofessional
