Pricing has always been given up front to me on every issue I have called this company for, the description of work explained as they get into it, and everything is agreed upon before they even proceed with any repairs so if I have any concerns they are addressed then and there. Both Jason & Ryan have done great work at my house, and this being a local family company I get excellent one on one attention from them any time day or night. I do recommend Strongsville Plumbing Company & Metro Plumbing & Sewer with high praise.

I called this company on Jan 12 at 8:00 am to schedule an appointment to fix a broken sink trap and replace the kitchen faucet. I was told my time slot was 2-5 PM for that same day. At 4:40, I called them to see if they were still going to make it by 5:00 pm. I was told, No, sorry. We're running behind and won't be there until 6:00. Does this work for your? Unfortunately, I had to say no as I have two kids under the age of two and we start our nightly routine at 6:00 pm. I don't have an issue that they were running late, it happens. My issue was that I had to call them and find out they were running late. If you knew that the repair technician was running late, why wouldn't you call me and tell me? I think a company with 5-stars would be more proactive. After a short discussion, they rescheduled me for Sat from 10:30-11:30 am. At 11:35 am, the technician was still MIA. So I called them to find out what happened, but didn't get ahold of anyone. They returned my call a few hours later (understandably, the main person was at a family/church event). This was the second day in a row that I had to call them when their tech didn't show up or have enough time to show up. By this time, I was upset and left my original negative review on Google.

A day after I made the post, they called me and instead of being apologetic, I was lectured about how their technicians are busy and how google reviews can destroy a company. I don't need a lecture in Google Reviews or excuses. After two attempts, I expect a 5-star company to be willing and ready to fix the issue...which they were. They offered to replace my kitchen sink faucet for free (oh, I ended up fixing my own sink trap issue because I had water all over my kitchen floor). I was told that they would call me on Thursday to reschedule for Friday (which they did, but not until after 5:00 PM). By that point, I was done with this company.

Take my review for what it is, one person's experience with this company. I will never try to do business with them ever again.

Metro plumbing charged us a very fair rate for a sewer snake and a camera inspection. The guys here did a great job of opening the line, they really had to fight the blockage but they never gave up and they were very thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and even gave us some good advise to prevent future backups. .we will use again and refer to friends also!

No return call for my first attempt to hire them for an emergency in my basement after 2 days

I was having one heck of a time with my hone warranty. Took them months to respond to me about my hot water tank. So I called around and I got the number to axis plumbing and gave the number to my home warranty and they called them
To set up an inspection. Patty called me the next day and she was awesome! Patty was amazing in walking me through the process and the best part was I did not have to deal with my home warranty people at all! Patty took care of everything! I would recommend these folks to anyone! They are simply amazing!!! Thank you patty and crew!

I can not thank Jon enough for coming out to my home so quickly. Originally the thought of a broken toilet seal turned into a major blockage and old rotted out plumbing and rotted out flooring.. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed properly right away, and couldn't be more thankful and the work speaks for it's self!

We had a sewer drain in the basement backing up. I made a call to Parma Hts Sewer and drain on Monday morning. The dispatcher gave me a window between 3;00 and 6:00. Jason showed up just before 6:00. Jason did a great job. I will call again when needed. Thanks

I normally don't taken the time to write reviews, but I felt I had to. The service I received from this company was great! They really went above and beyond. I would recommend highly.

My kitchen and bathroom sinks have issues with draining....Not anymore!!! Service tech (Greg H) did fantastic job cleaning out the drains and fixed a leak too. Friendly same day service, informed me on all work being done. I'm so happy I called them!!!
