Wyatt plumbing came out a couple of weeks ago doing toilet repairs/replacement and the repaired toilet began acting up. I called wyatt and they sent Jamal out same day, fixed the toilet and left with a smile and very professional. You know the integrity of a company not when things are going well but when you have an issue. Wyatt plumbing gets 10 stars out of 5 in my book and I will use them again.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking terribly. The home warranty service sent out Cleveland Plumbing Guy who recommended a faucet replacement. They came out on a Thursday and we had a call the next day to install a new one.Fast and friendly service who went the extra mile. Recommend them.

Derek and Dustin replaced the hot and cold water faucets in the laundry room for our new washing machine. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and reviewed the work to be done and the costs prior to starting. They reviewed the work that was done after they were completed and their clean up was immaculate. They even hooked up the washing machine and dryer. We had several odd plumbing jobs around our house that we'd been putting off. Pat and John came and were kind, efficient, walked me through what they did once completed and did a great, affordable job. Highly recommend!

Tried to schedule an estimate to have work done. The main office is very good to work with. They scheduled an estimate window between 8 am and 9 am and called the night before to confirm. However the individual did not arrive during the designated window. I called the office to inform them that I needed to cancel the appointment - I could not wait past 9 a.m. The individual eventually showed up at 9:30 a.m. - I was already gone by that point. Office personnel were very helpful and polite - but never got a chance to experience their work.

VIP Plumbing installed an on demand water heater for us. They explained the advantages and disadvantages of each brand. All of the staff was polite, friendly, and professional. The crew worked hard all day installing the unit. When they were finished, the work area was left clean.
