Every time I have called I have had no issues with the quality of service provided. Dan has helped us twice now and both times he has been courteous and helpful in explaining everything and the price has been great. I have recommended him numerous times to people and will always use him.

I called this company on Jan 12 at 8:00 am to schedule an appointment to fix a broken sink trap and replace the kitchen faucet. I was told my time slot was 2-5 PM for that same day. At 4:40, I called them to see if they were still going to make it by 5:00 pm. I was told, No, sorry. We're running behind and won't be there until 6:00. Does this work for your? Unfortunately, I had to say no as I have two kids under the age of two and we start our nightly routine at 6:00 pm. I don't have an issue that they were running late, it happens. My issue was that I had to call them and find out they were running late. If you knew that the repair technician was running late, why wouldn't you call me and tell me? I think a company with 5-stars would be more proactive. After a short discussion, they rescheduled me for Sat from 10:30-11:30 am. At 11:35 am, the technician was still MIA. So I called them to find out what happened, but didn't get ahold of anyone. They returned my call a few hours later (understandably, the main person was at a family/church event). This was the second day in a row that I had to call them when their tech didn't show up or have enough time to show up. By this time, I was upset and left my original negative review on Google.

A day after I made the post, they called me and instead of being apologetic, I was lectured about how their technicians are busy and how google reviews can destroy a company. I don't need a lecture in Google Reviews or excuses. After two attempts, I expect a 5-star company to be willing and ready to fix the issue...which they were. They offered to replace my kitchen sink faucet for free (oh, I ended up fixing my own sink trap issue because I had water all over my kitchen floor). I was told that they would call me on Thursday to reschedule for Friday (which they did, but not until after 5:00 PM). By that point, I was done with this company.

Take my review for what it is, one person's experience with this company. I will never try to do business with them ever again.

I called about our hot water tank not putting out hot water and within an hour and a half I had a service technician at my house who replaced the thermocouple and we had hot water.

On Monday, August 9th, we had the unfortunate luck to have our A/C quit working. I called Cleveland Plumbing Guy after hours and alerted the person on call that I would need a technician as soon as they could send one out. On Tuesday, August 10th, I spoke to service at 7:30am. He said she would have a service technician available that day in the early afternoon. At noon, I received a call that the technician was in route. By 1:00pm, Edmond arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. After retrieving the part from his well stocked truck, he had our A/C compressor working again. By 5pm, we were blissfully enjoying a cool home once again.

We found the service from Neptune to be a pleasing experience and the technician very efficient. The company is also very professional to deal with. Fees are reasonable and our technician Scott Kirkwood was very informative, professional, extremely competent, and presented us with options for our issues. If you have a toilet under a banjo countertop, call Neptune and ask for Scott.

I am so pleased and happy with the great service we received! Mike and Calvin were exceptional and professional! They were able to take our counter tops and cabinet out cabinets without damaging them. They answered all our questions. They fixed our rotten cabinet where our broken drain pipe in the kitchen was and also put in a new faucet. They also cleaned everything up when they were done. I highly recommend them! Our basement started to flood after a bad rain. I called and left a voicemail and within 5 minutes I received a call back (at 10:00pm) to schedule an appointment for first thing the next morning. Both plumbers were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. They never tried to upsell me or get me to pay for services I didn’t need. They fixed the issue and were extremely thorough and let us know why we were having water back up and how to maintain the pipes to prevent it in the future. It was a great experience (minus the flooding) I’ll absolutely be using them again.

We used Parma Heights Plumbing for a sewer main repair at our home. I got five estimates from plumbers, and Parma Heights Plumbing gave me the best deal cost wise, and the earliest scheduled appointment to get the repair done. They did an excellent job, were professional, reliable, and the customer service throughout the entire process was great. We would definitely recommend this plumbing company to friends, family, or anyone who has a plumbing issue.
