We were referred to Killeen 12 years ago by the contractor who replaced our gas line from the street to the house that we had just moved into. We have used them ever since, but when we were getting quotes on our leaking soil stack in the basement they were unavailable to come out for more than a week. In the meantime we received 5 other quotes; 3 of these were $1500-1600. Killeen declined to give a quote until the wall was opened. We chose them because they had the most conservative strategy for cutting into the kitchen wall - working above the wainscoting, as long as the leak wasn’t found to be higher up. All was dry above the kitchen and the job went beautifully! Only portions of the pipe had been updated to PVC, and our leak was in a vertical seam of the old cast iron. Patrick and Joe made a precise estimation of where to cut the wall and were able to do the entire job through that 14x31-inch opening. They finished in about 90 minutes and our total bill was only $363! Looks like we’ve been using the right company all along. Killeen really knows their stuff!

I just had my main sewer line cleaned. I was very please with the two workmen who did the job. Marco and Keyth were extremely helpful and competent. They were very easy to talk with. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Run. What could be a minor issue became a $900 issue in a matter of minutes. The individual they sent out showed a total lack of knowledge about plumbing and older Lakewood homes.

Derek and Dustin replaced the hot and cold water faucets in the laundry room for our new washing machine. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and reviewed the work to be done and the costs prior to starting. They reviewed the work that was done after they were completed and their clean up was immaculate. They even hooked up the washing machine and dryer. Quality work. The prices are very high. And sometimes no one will show during your 4 hr time window and you have to rebook for another day.

Chris and his crew have helped us with our plumbing problems over the past four years and have always done great work. His prices are fair and he and his workers are prompt and professional.

They’ve done a few projects for me (replacing my main drain stack, replacing a water heater, etc.). Always happy with their work. The price is fair, and you can depend on them to get the job done right.

After 2 failed appointments and reschedules on their end I was charged $235.00 (after a $50 dollar discount) for a technician to put in a 1/2 in gas fitting behind a residential gas stove. It took the technician less than 20 minutes. I had the gas company out the following day and they mentioned they would've done it for free. Lesson learned.

The office staff is nice though.

I contacted Drain Be Clean Plumbing to assist with repiping our kitchen sink drain. We went from a double sink to a deeper single sink which caused the existing drain coming up from the basement to no longer line up properly. We were running short on time and I didn't want to be without a kitchen sink for too long until we had a free day to complete the work ourselves. John was polite, on time and completed the job the first thing the following day. He even finished installing our new garbage disposal. I highly recommend John as a plumber. It's hard to come by contractors these days that are respectful of their clients homes and John was the perfect match for this small job. We will definitely call Drain Be Clean for any future plumbing needs.
