Best Toilet Drain in Cleveland OH

I utilized H Jack's Plumbing when my furnace stopped working in the middle of winter. They responded in about an hour and was able to get my old furnace functioning again. Because of their quick response and the technician that responded, I purchased my furnace from them as well.
They are quick, clean, respectful, and I would recommend this company and their services.

Im in the Strongsville area & had a problem on a weekend. Hank went out of his way to help me with my plumbing problem. His kindness and concern was greatly appreciated. The plumber who came out was a very nice guy who was genuinely concerned with fixing my plumbing. He was very good at what he dose. Everything was done in a professional manner. We had a bathroom sink that was driving us crazy. We were worried that we might be looking at some serious expense. Kamran was able to come take a look that day with very little notice. He was on time and got the job done at the promised price, despite it being significantly more work than anticipated. He was extremely pleasant and was happy to explain everything that was going on. I'm so glad I chose to call him and his company. This is the only plumber I'll be working.

Based on the online reviews I decided to call 1st Choice to see if someone could check our basement drain. We've had problems with it in the past and I decided I wanted to find someone local to fix it. When I explained the situation to Dan my expectation was that someone would come to the house, clean out the drain and I would write a check for $$$. I was amazed at Dan's response. Because I live in Parma, he suggested I call the Cuyahoga County Sanitary Engineer. They would come out and fix the problem at no charge. The work is covered by the taxes I pay. Reluctantly, I said I would call to see what they could do. What happened next is almost beyond belief! I called the county at 9:20am. The dispatcher told me she could have a crew out to the house by 4:00pm. They arrived at 10:00 and by 10:30 the drain was clean and my 'crises' was solved. The reason I will not hesitate to call Dan in the future for other plumbing problems is because of the honesty and integrity he demonstrated when he put the customer first. He could have easily set up an appointment and done the job but instead decided to let me know about the service I already pay for! Kudos to Dan. The service industry needs more people like him.

They were willing to install a new hot water heater on a Saturday without any extra charge. Jamal from Wyattworks came out in the time scheduled and was very knowledgeable and up front about all the costs. He was able to install the hot water heater that day and even installed a new shut off valve to my main water supply within a few minutes. I was extremely impressed by the professional and friendly service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Stack pipe replaced from floor of 2nd story down; this main pipe now goes down through the basement floor and out through the foundation wall (instead of through our basement steps!); all the old tile piping the length of our backyard either dug up and replaced, or lined (lined section to limit disturbance for our 100+ year old Black Walnut tree!); interior work also included rerouting our sump pump, moving the washing machine & sloppy sink, new water line to 1st story toilet, and streamlining all 1st story & basement plumbing lines!!!
They made sure we had access to basic water and plumbing necessities each evening/morning in the midst of the job - and did a great job cleaning up inside and outside in-spite of all the rain & mud!!

My main water valve was leaking in the basement (6 beach towels a day worth of water). They switched out my 75 year old galvanized valve with a brass one. Plus, they put a brass elbow up to the water meter. Stan and Kevin were very nice, professional and fast. I thought their price was very reasonable.
