Nick and Dan were a great team! Arrived on time, removed an old huge garden tub and adjusted all the plumbing issues associated, and left everything very clean. We discussed another plumbing project that has some complicated issues and I was given good suggestions and I will have them back to resolve that issue.

Even though I did not like that the workers showed up late. I was very pleased with the work they did. They took their time and made sure that my pipes were uncloged and they made sure all roots were gone. They did a very excellent job thank you.

I have no issue with the installation. Jason did a good job and was very friendly. My issue is with price of the installation that was set a day prior with an ARS estimator. After taking a look at the old water heater and where it was going to be installed, he handed me basically what was a price guide to their installation cost for different installs. I looked at mine, which was a standard 40 gallon install and my eyeballs almost popped out of my head. I had already purchased the water heater, so minus what I paid for it from their replacement and install cost and I was looking at close to $1500! When I asked him what is included in that cost, he replied rather uncomfortably, a permit, labor and some minor modifications. But the tone in his voice, which didn't sound very genuine, felt sorry for me all of a sudden and told me he would contact his boss to see what he could do. A real setup to make the customer feel euphoric when he comes back with a better deal. Like dealing for a car with a slick salesman. He even made sure I could hear his conversation outside by putting it on speaker phone. He then came back in my house and announced $925. Still an outrageous charge for just 2 hours of work. I was stuck, though, having not had hot water for three days, so I accepted the installation charge begrudgingly. He and his boss, in my opinion, were just playing the sales pitch actors. Lesson to be learned here: seek a second opinion if it all possible. And I can't recommend you have your installation done by ARS.

We were incredibly happy with Roto-Rooter work and professionalism. They were on time and Aaron (1012) was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Aaron took the time to explain the process and even worse case scenarios. When the job was completed it looked like Aaron wasn't even here; if we need plumbing assistance in the future I wouldn't hesitate to contact them.

We had 1 Day replace 35' of broken sewer pipe from our house to the main. A camera inspection revealed the pipe was crushed quite badly in one spot and this was likely the cause of our sewer backup. They had the line replaced in a day as was promised, they cleaned up their mess and they beat a prior estimate we had gotten so all in all we are pleased with their work and would recommend to a friend.

The team was quick, reliable, professional, and really worked to the satisfaction of the customer. Wouldn’t call anyone else.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Kyle helped fix my hot water tank after having a previous install go wrong. Kyle not only arrived on time but instead arrived early and was very friendly and informative. I felt comfortable trusting Kyle to get the job done and he lived up to that.
