We had a sewer backup in our basement and Dan was to the rescue. He was in time within our appointed window. He was descriptive with good detail in communicating what was causing the issue. He then proceeded to make the repair on the drain line in our house in Parma. He was able to show us in the sewer camera what our pipe looks like. Thanks Dan

My experience with WyattWorks, and the technician that was sent to my home, was above average. Very easy to set up an appointment time, and the technician was prompt, fast, but thorough, and neat. He explained my options clearly, inspected the pipes leading to the problem area, and did just what I asked without pressuring me to add in other work. I also appreciate that this firm services my area, as the first (highly recommended) Cleveland plumbers I called did not. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was the pricing, which I thought was somewhat high. However, I was willing to pay for a job well done.

The commercial states $79 for camera inspection for sewer line. Then when you call you are told there would be a $89 service call in addition they say in the commercial don't get rootered. They are the ones advertising fraudulent sales tactics. Do not trust a company that lies to you before even meeting you. Very shady!!!!

I can not believe this commercial is still on I just saw it again. I wish I had the money to take them to court for taking advantage of people that are going thru a very painful time. Basement flooding not only is very expensive to deal with but it is the history of family photos that is the most heartbreaking. They are gone forever 😢

My main water valve was leaking in the basement (6 beach towels a day worth of water). They switched out my 75 year old galvanized valve with a brass one. Plus, they put a brass elbow up to the water meter. Stan and Kevin were very nice, professional and fast. I thought their price was very reasonable.

Very pleased with the job that Plumb Nation and Andy provided for us. We had been experiencing sewage backup for a couple months. Andy came in provided an honest quote and was ready to start immediately. The crew was friendly and well skilled in plumbing. We will be hiring Plumb Nation to do future plumbing repairs around our house.

All talk no work. Gone to the properties and found more problems. Which wasn’t a red flag initially. Thought he was just being an expert. After a few weeks gone by, no work done from the initially work orders(deposits paid). He insisted on another big list of items. I let him know a tenant needs to move in and we needed to address the water heater tank issue first. He did not care about the urgency and insist to start another work order and a large deposit to be paid (over 2k). He’s also very hard to reach. Doesn’t answer his calls 90% of the time and calls back at least two hours later. He’s either sick, at another emergency job or finishing a job, just never working on my work orders which I already paid deposits for ($450). Do not use him. Check him out on yelp for other complaints.
