My hot water pipes froze with last weeks sub zero temperatures. I called Dan and he promptly returned my phone call --- even though I can imagine everyone else in the city had frozen pipes. Even though he was very busy, he came over to fix my problem in a reasonable time given the circumstances. He quickly fixed the problem . I liked the over the top customer service. It takes extra time to go back out to the truck to get booties to cover his shoes so he didn't track anything into the house. It takes extra time to explain to me what happenend and Why and HOW to prevent pipes freezing in the future. I am not mechanical so he told me I could just let the fawcet drip very slowly when it gets cold and the pipes won't freeze. THAT is much easier for me than trying to figure out what valves to turn /how far? / which way? Too hard for me to figure out THAT way to keep pipes from freezing. I would call Dan back in a minute and I am recommending him to my women friends who are NOT handy. He is VERY professional and gives over the top service. Mary Kinley--- Avon, Ohio

The worker was nice enough and he repaired my toilet line properly. But the worker dumped Debris in my recycling can, left the poopy pipe on top of my fridge, and made a dusty mess out of my kitchen. Cleanup was so bad that i called the health department for advice. Through doing so, I found out they did the work without a permit.

Every year, we have to have our backflow valve tested. The plumbing Source comes out and performs the test and submits the paperwork.

Pros: gentlemen was very friendlyCons: price gauging, shotty job and sat here for 2hrs for a job that required 45min.Price gauging: we purchased our own sump pump after wednesdays storms and flooding in our basement. The guy showed up here at 6:09pm Thursday. He charged us $856.78 to install a sump pump that we bought. Since our back was against the wall we had no choice but to have the job done. He claimed to have changed our back flow as well. After 3 other plumbers observed his work and gave us their quotes we realized just how much he gauged us. Other plumbers informed us that he installed a portion of the piping wrong.This is a prime example of someone milking a situation. To make matters worse, they won’t return our calls about the matter either.Please. Please. Please.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.unless you or someone you know and trust works for them and they fairly charge you, you will be screwed.The only reason my husband didn’t install the pump himself is because the man told us a back flow valve must be installed when changing out a sump pump. My husband didn’t have it nor know how to do it so we had no choice.Oh and this company runs on commission so keep that in mind when they stay longer than what a standard job should take. Learned that too.

We hired Northeast Plumbing to camera and jet our storm drains. They sent a trainee and only took their camera through half of our storm drains and the jetting took less than 30 minutes to complete, but they still billed us an extraordinarily high amount and for full services that weren’t actually received or delivered. Northeast Plumbing has not responded to our emails since then. Would not recommend Northeast Plumbing as the prices are high and the levels of service and responsiveness are low.

Amazingly honest, genuine, and affordable. You may not get all the frills, but you can't get any better than this company. Please use them for all your plumbing needs. You won't be sorry. Edmond is a stand up guy who will tell you like it is. He was polite and worked hard to dig down to my pit lid to confirm its failure. Thank you.

VIP Plumbing installed an on demand water heater for us. They explained the advantages and disadvantages of each brand. All of the staff was polite, friendly, and professional. The crew worked hard all day installing the unit. When they were finished, the work area was left clean.

We had a gutter downspout that was clogged below the ground level. They removed the clog, were prompt, very professional, and left things clean. I will definitely use them again.
