I have nothing but good things to say about Harrison and Urus Sewer and Drain. We had issues with a sewer gas smell that would come and go. Harrison was very responsive when discussing our issues and was able to come out to our house promptly. Mitch was her on Friday unclogged bathroom sink, today 2 other guts came in a fixed broken pipe in basement shower an installed fixture. They were all great, cleaned everything when done. Polite, professional. An they worked with my home warranty which is great hard to find a company that will work with home warranty.

James was an absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable plumber, while he was not able to fix the issue I was having with my water heater, he was able to recommend me an electrician to further explore what may be wrong with my water heater as it is an electrical not a gas tankless water heater.

The guys they sent were awesome! I want to thank Caleb #1401 and Drake #1255. They were super nice and did an awesome job. Even with all the stuff going on right now, they were super nice and were keeping their distance. I know they were just trying to do their job, so i made sure if they needed anything to let me know! I did reward them with a nice cold juicebox :) lol. I am sure they didn't mean to be at our house all day on 5/6, but they got it done, and its appreciated! Thank you for the great job! I will definitely be requesting them on the next call!

I called Cleveland Plumbing Guy because we had a hot water heater issue and a few other small issues with our kitchen and bathroom sinks. Edmond was our technician and did a great job. Turns out, we needed to replace our hot water heater and he was back first thing the next morning ready to install. Service was great, the pricing was fair, and the process was painless. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend!

The estimated price for our drain cleaning over the phone matched my final bill (I know that can't always work b/c of complications when working a plumbing job, but still really nice to not be upcharged). I hired Dan the owner to put new vanity in the bathroom and move the pipes in the wall. First, he didn’t get quote to me. Then he wouldn’t show or came hours late. He never finished the job. He won’t answer our calls. He took payment when was half way done and the he never came back.
