Totally overpriced, scammers.

I have called Five Star Plumbing and Heating every time I needed something looked at or fixed. My parents are also now loyal customers.
You will never go wrong: Kameran is honest, kind, respectful, fair and very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. His prices are great! He also offers extra tips and advice that are very helpful. He has become a friend of the family. I am so happy he was recommended to me by a co-worker and I have continued to recommend him to anyone and everyone that needs help!

One of my renters called to tell me that his basement was flooded and I was out of town. First, I called a drain cleaning company from Barberton (The Magic City) They were rude on the phone and told me that they were too busy to help and would not respond to my flooded basement for at least two weeks. Then I found 911 Plumbing -- from the receptionist who answered the phone to Jeff who did the actual plumbing work, they are pleasant, helpful and very responsive. 911 Plumbing came out the same day, assessed the problem and kept me (and my renter) informed during the entire process of clearing the drain and getting the basement drained! Thanks again Jeff and the staff at 911 Plumbing! You will be my first call for any future plumbing needs. You guys are what everyone hopes they will encounter when they need to call a plumber!

I had a friend refer me to Dan after advising me to have old valves replaced on my manifold. The price Dan quoted sounded reasonable (you always kind of brace yourself with plumbers!), and it was good to feel secure in the knowledge that he would do an excellent job. Which he did. Not only that, but I felt completely comfortable leaving him working in my house, allowing me to go back to work, thus saving me money! After he finished, Dan texted me photos and a description of the completed work.
I couldn't have asked for more, especially in the trust factor.

Billy did a great job explaining all the different options for our problems. Once we decided to go ahead with the plan Billy laid out for us David, Brian, and Billy did a wonderful job. They worked hard and efficiently and got the job done. Very professional. Definitely using Wyatt works in the future.

I am incredibly impressed with the honesty, timeliness, and professionalism of this company.

I had my hot water heater go out, and initially hired another heating and cooling company to come diagnose and fix the issue. The service person was dishonest about the issue, claimed I needed an entire new tank, and tried to sell me a new one at $1600.

Enter Tim and Alex from Plumb Nation who correctly diagnosed the issue to the elements needing to be replaced. $345 bill. Alex was even prepared to contact the manufacturer on my behalf to ensure they covered a full replacement, should that be the case! Tim also took the time to explain to me the issue so I clearly understood the needed repair and was a complete gentlemen. As a young, single woman, I cannot appreciate this enough.

So thankful to have an ethical company to call for any future plumbing needs!!

Great company to do business with. Explain everything about the company and its services on phone before doing the job. And then the guys came out, and done a great job. Need a plumbing company. Believe me there a big difference in the one you use. 1st one I called said 32 ft with camera dig replace $$$$ Pressure no diagram or writen estimate. 2nd company 38 ft pass curb city job free.

I would highly recommend Free Flow Plumbing for jobs big and small. We had a collapsed pipe, which required that our entire bathroom get torn up to replace. Jon, and everyone on the crew, was knowledgeable, professional and very competent. They did a great job from start to finish, while being transparent along the way.

I had an appt for 12:00 pm today to meet the plumber at a rental. At one o'clock I called and he said he was on his way. We waited... waited...waited. Decide to go grab some food ..not that far away. They came and left quickly before we got back which wasn't that long. The tenant said you should wait they'll be right back but they left anyway. The plumber had my number and my husband's number and never called. He told the tenant they would return on Thursday or Friday cause he didn't have the part...which is fine but he never went to the basement to snake the drain. When I asked why they left without calling us...he had our contact information...especially after we had patiently waited for them, he said find another plumber and hung up. This was Main Man Plumbing!

All talk no work. Gone to the properties and found more problems. Which wasn’t a red flag initially. Thought he was just being an expert. After a few weeks gone by, no work done from the initially work orders(deposits paid). He insisted on another big list of items. I let him know a tenant needs to move in and we needed to address the water heater tank issue first. He did not care about the urgency and insist to start another work order and a large deposit to be paid (over 2k). He’s also very hard to reach. Doesn’t answer his calls 90% of the time and calls back at least two hours later. He’s either sick, at another emergency job or finishing a job, just never working on my work orders which I already paid deposits for ($450). Do not use him. Check him out on yelp for other complaints.
