This company is not located or operating out of this Mayfield Hts. address! They are located in Norton, OH. They are using an ex employee's address to attract business in the Eastern suburbs. I have attempted to have it removed.

I had a gas leak emergency and called around to 5 companies. 3/5 called me back after NE already fixed the issue (5 hours later) and 1/5 was more expensive.
NE arrived on time, Bill did excellent work and charged me what they quoted.

Really expensive and still haven't received a email receipt. That I was told would be sent to me. When I called 2 days later, was told it could take 48 hours. Well 2 weeks later, still haven't been sent. But they took the money out of my account in 4.8 seconds....

The company came out a few different times in order to fix a wobbly toilet. They were extremely professional and Justin was very polite in explaining issues with my bathroom floor, etc., causing the wobble. I highly recommend them.

Had a problem with noise coming from the kitchen faucet.. Dave came out and within a few minutes knew what was causing the problem...he ordered the cartridge and came back on second trip and within 5 minutes he replaced the cartridge, noise gone and faucet is quiet as a church mouse....faucet works smooth as silk.....thanks Dave to Cleveland Plumbing Guy .

We found the service from Neptune to be a pleasing experience and the technician very efficient. The company is also very professional to deal with. Fees are reasonable and our technician Scott Kirkwood was very informative, professional, extremely competent, and presented us with options for our issues. He provided recommendations for actions I could do myself to alleviate the costs of the repair and really made sure that I was only paying for the items I couldn’t do myself.
