I have hired Dan twice for four different plumbing jobs at my house: install a new sink, snake drain, update kitchen piping and basement plumbing to outside, and install water pressure valve and hot water tank bladder. Dan arrived on time, with all parts needed to do the jobs, answered any and all questions I had, checked all work for function and leaks, and cleaned up everything. The prices were great and he said that if I had any problems to call him and he would fix them.

Before starting the job with the basement plumbing, he checked with me regarding moving the discharge pipe, making sure that I was fine with blocking a glass block window. I assured him that I had no problem with that as I wasn't going to use the window.

Dan is a very personable man and meticulous plumber and I would recommend him to anyone I know. If he performs more than one job, he gives a 20% discount on the second job, saving quite a bit of money (in my case, anyhow). Good help is hard to find and I am very glad I found Dan. He came highly recommended from a friend of mine (prior customer) and I can see why.

I called Mayer Plumbing after asking my local neighborhood website for plumbing recommendations. Since then, I have used them several times for clogged drains, toilets and HVAC maintenance. Each time I was scheduled very promptly, the serviceman have been very nice and the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services.

I hired Neptune in 2020 to install new furnace, hot water tank and A/C. Ben Newman did all the installations and continues to visit periodically for maintenance. He is very professional and explains everything so I can understand. Always on time for appointments and never tries to sell me anything I do not need. I do not hesitate to recommend Neptune to anyone.

This is the very first service company i ever worked with that was always on time! Chris answered all of our questions regarding our issues, provided a detailed quote, showed up on time and crafted pluming like an artist. The guys were great, very courteous and polite. They were knowledgeable and professional. Very honest about our drain problem and upfront about the cost and the extent of the job. Cleared out problem within an hour, we had rented a snake, bought many chemicals to pour down our drain, nothing helped. So pleased we called H. Jacks and I recommend them to anyone.

Fabulous from start to finish. They installed a water heater for us. Bryan was quick to respond, gave a comprehensive quote, even identifying some ways we could save money, and provided an understanding of the process before starting the job. Mike Bemer & his apprentice were personable, very competent, showed up on time and very willing to answer questions - that they were not being paid for. Installation and repair took less time than predicted and came in at 2/3 their estimated cost. Bemer is a family firm we have used previously - eight years ago. They still do excellent work.
