Had an emergency plumbing blockage that needed immediate attention.. called 911 plumbing and they were out within a couple hours, my technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite, cleared the blockage in no time! Will definitely use for all our plumbing needs!!!!! And will recommend to all my family and friends!! Great job 👍‼️

Based on the online reviews I decided to call 1st Choice to see if someone could check our basement drain. We've had problems with it in the past and I decided I wanted to find someone local to fix it. When I explained the situation to Dan my expectation was that someone would come to the house, clean out the drain and I would write a check for $$$. I was amazed at Dan's response. Because I live in Parma, he suggested I call the Cuyahoga County Sanitary Engineer. They would come out and fix the problem at no charge. The work is covered by the taxes I pay. Reluctantly, I said I would call to see what they could do. What happened next is almost beyond belief! I called the county at 9:20am. The dispatcher told me she could have a crew out to the house by 4:00pm. They arrived at 10:00 and by 10:30 the drain was clean and my 'crises' was solved. The reason I will not hesitate to call Dan in the future for other plumbing problems is because of the honesty and integrity he demonstrated when he put the customer first. He could have easily set up an appointment and done the job but instead decided to let me know about the service I already pay for! Kudos to Dan. The service industry needs more people like him.

Quick to respond to needing the repairs done. Very professional in explaining what was done and what should be done for a better day to day system. Would recommend with reasonable prices too.

Chris sent his crew (inexperienced kids who looked like they just got out of high school) out to install a hot water tank. I trusted these gentlemen to install the tank properly. When I looked at the installation before paying, I noticed the tank was not installed in the same orientation or location. It was blocking the doorway. The pipes were bent and leaking at the solder joints. Chris came out to see what the problem was and said no problem, i'll just charge you to move the tank back to the spot where the old one was. Hello, that's where I wanted it in the first place. For $150 extra, I got the tank installed the way it should have been the first time!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

THIS IS AN EDIT TO A ONE STAR REVIEW!!! My gosh cant say enough about how responsive there management team was! I would highly recommend them they have great pricing and awesome customer service. Even though I had a minor issue they fixed it right away and went as far to send out management to meet me. Thanks Neptune! You guys rock!!!

My touch faucet would only drip when I touched it or manually turned it on so I searched reviews and found Carey plumbing had some great ones so I called. I am so glad I did for the entire experience was exceptional. Denise was so helpful when I called and scheduled Scott to come the next morning. He tested and quickly found that the sensor was bad, disconnected it, switched to manual and ordered the part. When the part arrived Scott came the next morning, installed the sensor and my faucet works like new. AWESOME job guys
