Charlotte, NC(2020) Updating from a recent (2nd) service visit. They were responsive, on time and did a great job correcting a bad plumbing job. I trust their work and highly recommend.(2019) Techs were courteous, explained everything in detail, and provided options for what was critical, versus what could wait. They scheduled time to do a whole day job within a couple of days.

Justin Lequay was our service agent and he was the best we could ask for. 5 stars. He saw the job done till completion, he helped secure parts that were not made anymore, he was polite and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and did a great job in replacing the kitchen faucet, repairing the sprayer and replacing the toilet flapper. The office did a good job in sheduling and communications. They accomodated our preference in using electronic payment instead of credit card (and the associated credit card fees). We used Venmo. We will hire them again for future plumbing work.

I experienced a toilet and sink backup in my Mom’s house while I was making funeral arrangements for her. Stressful enough, but I was referred to Killeen’s. Stephanie was amazing and made it happen that a plumber arrive the same day I called. Andy and Finn were terrific!! Wow! So great!!! I highly recommend.

I had an plumbing issue and wanted a local company. After reading the company’s reviews, I contacted them to help with a clogged main drain. When I flushed my toilet (sometimes) it would rain in the basement and make the sink and bathtub gurgle. Rich was quick to contact and get a time to come take a look at it. Came out, large snake didn’t work. He brought in another piece of equipment. He worked hard to get it cleared! It was a tough clog as my house is 100+ years old! Professional, communicates and the price was RIGHT! Thanks Rich! Will definitely call again with any plumbing issues!

I had a crushed in sewer line with roots, the guys came out dung down over nine foot ,and replaced the line ,when finished , cleaned up yard , did a great job.
