NOSD is the best plumbing operation I've worked with in a long while. The quality of their work was great, but what I really appreciated was the communication. They confirmed the appointment ahead of time a week out & then the day before, emailed & texted when they were on the way/getting close, returned phone calls timely ... with too many contractors these things don't happen. We looked over the work I needed, agreed on an approach ... and when it didn't take as long as they had estimated, they reduced what they charged me accordingly. I mean come on, you can't beat that. God forbid I ever need a plumber again, but when I do I won't be calling anyone else

I found them on thumbtack and Harrison called the same day and scheduled someone to come the following day. They’re very professional and very good at what they do. 10/10 would recommend.

Daniel did a great job for us replacing the main shut off valve and fixing issues with our hot water tank. We highly recommend him. He walked us through the process and accommodated our schedule to ensure we’d have our water turned off for a minimal amount of time. He was professional, polite and shared his expertise, so we could make an informed decision to add an expansion tank. His finished work looks amazing.

Great service, great response time, and complete customer satisfaction!Rich (#2338) was my plumber and he was great! I called early one morning when I found a leaking pipe in the basement. They scheduled someone to come out to the house the same morning and called when the Rich was 30 minutes away. He came and evaluated the problem and found other problem areas that could start leaking in the near future. He gave me options and the various costs associated with each option and he gave me his professional opinion, which wasn’t the most expensive option! He was clean and curitious. I forgot he was actually in the house! This is the second time I’ve used Roto Rooter and I’m so happy with them! They are truly professional, well educated on their trade, and work very hard to keep their customers satisfied! I can assure you that Rich at Roto Rooter will be my go to guy for all my drain and plumbing needs. They are a great company and have amazing employees!
