We had a slow-draining tub/shower. We first called our home warranty company who couldn't send someone until 4-5 days later and said we needed to replace all our pipes (and they wouldn't cover it). Called Heights Plumbing and Drain Service, and Michael came out within 20-30 minutes and was able to fix the issue within 30 minutes. Will absolutely call him again!

Michael is extremely honest, a quick and efficient worker, and does quality work. What I thought was a small drain unclogging job turned into a bigger pipe issue that involved going through the wall but not only did Michael have the work done and the problem fixed very quickly, his pricing for the bigger job was significantly more reasonable than other local plumbers. Absolutely will use again!

I’m not getting paid or exaggerating! This man definitely knows what he’s doing! I previously hired three plumbers and none of them could fix the problem I was having! He might be professional but also pricy. He came 30 mins late and give me a firm price of $280 for a job he said he could finish in about one hour. I did try him because of the price. Glad he didnot charge me for the 20 mins of our conversation.

Courteous and professional. Very fair rates. I hired Michael to check a few things around my new home. Having had bad experiences with failed pressure regulators in the past, Michael confirmed my suspicion that the regular in my home was not functioning correctly and helped to replace it.
