Excellent experience. Nick called ahead and told me when he would be arriving. He was very personable, knowledgeable and gave me some great recommendations for keeping my HVAC system in good working order. I appreciated the detailed notes he left me plus he documented all of the measurements he took. No one else has ever done that. It was easy to schedule an appointment to fit my schedule. Very satisfied with the service. I will definitely use Smylie One again.

Plumbing inspection. Kevin went through all Plumbing installation and gave tips and recommendations to things work better, longer.

Tech came in .when asked why he was not wearing a mask, he told me that this virus was just the flu, and the numbers were made up and that washing hands lowered your resistance ( his hand were filthy). I am at high risk for dying if I get the “rona”. He did not believe in customer service and I have to believe his company does either. This company should be following state rules, not ignoring them. I got a quote for work but he will not be coming back in my home ever. He also said the mask I was wearing was only good for dust. I told him it wasn’t for me, it was for him, so I didn’t spittle on him when I talk. Idiot

Sal and his associates performed the repair services in an efficient and professional manner. They got my drain working using a water jet. They cleaned up afterward. I am most pleased with their services.

This company is great! Jack (#18) came out to my Westpark area home and was very professional and explained everything to me in detail. He was polite and completely honest in what needed to be done. He even took the time to tell me how to maintain my drains. He worked hard and made me feel very comfortable. Josh was great! We replaced our old electric range for a gas range and needed to update the 1950's gas pipe behind the stove. He was quick, clean, and professional. He was even great with my kids who were naturally very curious. I hear Josh even knows the famous plumber brothers, Mario and Luigi. Anyway, the range is working great and no issues with the pipes. Will be contacting him soon to update the bathroom. Highly recommend!

Customer service is great! Scheduling and communication was very quick and easy. We had several commercial fixtures that were broke around our facility. Our tech Alex found the issues, recommended needed repairs and had us back up and running leak free fast!
