Shysters! The only people that could possibly give them a good review are those that know nothing about plumbing. Sorry for those poor people that were taken by these con men! Liers! They are told to take people,they lie,they take money from people who have no idea how bad they are being ripped off. Run from these rip off people and call someone else!

There's a lot of plumbing businesses out but this place makes you feel comfortable and confident in their work and advice.

Totally overpriced, scammers.

Five star plumbing came to our home not to long ago , as we needed to move our wash room from one side of the house to another. Five star come in installed new gas line , hot and cold water line , vent , closed up the old vent , new wash tub , closed the old drain and pipes , installed everything in 3 days .... Most recently five star answered our call on fathers day for our blown hot wanted tank , they came the next day got a new tank , permit , hot and cold.shut off lines removed the old one and installed in 5 hours the service is fantastic , pricing is very reasonable and they did a wonderful job ... Thank you five star plumbing you will be our life.long plumber !!

Update to more work done in February 2018

Cant say enough about five star plumbing again !!! Had the owner out again for a job to be done in my bathroom. To make a long story short I have an old 60s house and couldn't get off the push button for the shower as it was leaking. The owner came out evaluated the problem we were having along with bathroom shut offs that didn't operate correctly. Was back a few days later and found the part that we needed replaced both the cold water and hot water shut off in addition to putting in a new shut off for main water line and the whole housing unit for our shower faucet and water spout in the tub it was a two-day job he was in and out and done and the price was amazing he will be a lifelong plumber for us if you're considering Plumbing, repairs, emergency or anything of that nature definitely give Five Star Plumbing a call there A plus in my book

The answered my call for help and were working on my problem within an hour! Took care of clogged drain and flooded bathroom. Left no mess. Made sure I understood every step of process.

The worse customer service.

Very pleased with the level of service Dan provided. He's prompt, responsive and charges fairly for his work. I will definitely be calling him again if anything new crops up.

I called another plumber at first, they were horrible and way too expensive. These guys, omg. No issues, came in looked at it, told me what the issue was and what it’s gonna cost (which was ridiculously cheaper than the other plumber), fixed it, sent me a picture of it, and they we’re gone. I’m extremely happy.

Call these guys first! I tried 2 other companies around me and they were the least expensive (by a lot). Came out in a timely manner, courteous both on the phone and in person, and got the job done. Would recommend them to anyone.

We have used Mayer Plumbing multiple times at both of our homes (for installations and repairs). Most recently we had them come out and move the water hookup for our washer and dryer to be able to use the first floor laundry room. Adam has helped us with every project and is always very friendly and professional. Fair prices and good service keep us coming back. Highly recommend.

We had a leak at the main water valve in our house so we called Shaker Heights Plumbing. We had to shut the water off so we needed someone out right away. Their plumber arrived quickly, he was professional, and he fixed it on the spot. He also charged us a really great price. We would definitely recommend them.

Receptionist is very rude for a slight miscommunication of where my company was located. I don’t know how their work is but if it’s anything like their customer service, good luck.

They scheduled my furnace tuneup the next day. Larry N answered all my questions about my furnace and humidifier. He solved the issues with the humidifier. He also explained all the costs up front. I am very happy with the service.
