I recently had H Jack’s Plumbing and heating come and fix my water heater. I had never used them but I would use in the future. I called at 5.:00 in the morning and they were there by 9am. They were sincere, knowledgeable and patient. I had 5 different gentleman in the home and each one was great. The day before I had Brad and Cody who were very kind and courteous. All gentlemen that came within the two days were a great representation of the company.

This is a fantastic, honest company! They were able to completely resolve an emergency issue other plumbers wanted thousands of dollars to fix for a fraction of the price. The plumbers who performed the work showed up on time and were very nice and professional. Dan did an outstanding job with our plumbing project. Everything (hot water tank, shut off valves, water pressure reducing valve, duct work, gas lines and gas line valves) was installed professionally, and according to code. I highly recommend 1st Choice Plumbing for peace of mind, knowing the job will be done right and you will not be taken advantage of. Dan answered all of my questions along the way, and kept me well-informed throughout the entire project.

I had a toilet repair and replacement of laundry room faucets for the washer. The project was made more difficult by the builders improperly installed faucets. The guys handled all problems in a timely manner and kept me informed along the way. They cleaned up afterwards and everything works beautifully. I would highly recommend Dave and Jesse They were helpful and very competent.

Called for storm drain cleaning services. Spoke with Mike. He quoted me $1300 since i was 50 miles from their location. Agreed on service for the following Tuesday. Nobody showed up or called.

When our sewer line backed up, Andy from plumb nation came and thoroughly diagnosed the problem and came up with a plan to not only repair the damaged line in our back yard but also helped re-route/consolidate our indoor service lines to be more efficient. The estimate/price was very reasonable for the work done. They even did some minor extra work in our basement that was not on the original estimate to make things work better. Andy always got back to me in a timely manner when I had questions and reassured me during this stressful time when our drains weren't working. They got the job done quickly and correctly so that when we came home from work, we were able to use our drains! :-) Finally, they helped us with our insurance claim and were very cooperative with our adjuster. If you have ANY sewer line issues, they are the ones to call!

We had a draining issue that was causing us quite the headache. Mike responded quickly to my questions & fixed the problem same day as I contacted him. He & his coworker, Tyler arrived quickly & fixed the issue! As I'm typing this my basement sink is draining beautifully! We will need him to come back as he informed us of a much bigger issue than we anticipated but we will definitely hire him again to fix our problem. Don't hesitate hiring North Ohio Sewer & Drain. 10/10.
