Recently I had H Jack’s install a hot water tank. I did the research and found that H Jack’s installed the best products at the best price. Their installation was quick and easy within 24 hours. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reputable and trusted plumber.

We had some issues arise with our sewer line after purchasing a home and Dan helped us figure out the issue every step of the way. He communicated great about what needed to be done and was very upfront and honest about everything. He did a larger job for us in a short amount of time and made sure to fit us into his schedule. I couldn’t recommend him enough and will continue to use him for all of our needs going forward. Great service!!

Called on Aug. 26, 2023 and was scheduled an appointment for August 29, 2023 for backflow valve work. Was texted on Aug. 28, 2023 that they could not make it! SAID THEY COULD NOT GET TO ME UNTIL OCTOBER!!!!Why have someone make appointments when they do not know their own scheduling! WASTED MY TIME!!!

we called the emergency line last night . And the person on call was in my condo within half an hour to assist and fixe the problem. Dustin Hingley was on time, and very informative and solve the problem.

I’ve had Roto Rooter out three times now for different plumbing issues. The latest time I had Rene who fixed my kitchen sink plumbing. He simplified the pipe configuration and was incredibly helpful. Have already recommended them to some loved ones for their plumbing problems.

Ben replaced a cracked pipe in basement ceiling. Quick response and assessment. Knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend this company and will use again!

Brian was prompt and arrived just when he said he would. He and his partner were very polite and understanding during the entire repair job. He only charged me for the service call, but managed to get the furnace running for me, and explained exactly what was wrong and what would eventually need repaired/replaced. He additionally ensured my space heater was operable even though that was not part of the service call. He went above and beyond for me--providing outstanding service for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend Brian at NEO HVAC.
