Best Hot Water System in Cleveland OH

Great experience! Water heater finally died. Called H Jacks who came out in less than an hour. We are now satisfied owners of a tankless system. Lucas was awesome - professional, wore a mask and shoe coverings, was thorough, and provided a fair estimate. The work was completed timely and the area where the team worked was cleaner than it was before they came. Before leaving upon completion, Lucas provided a full walk through of the system. I would/will recommend H Jacks to friends and family. Thank you.

Five Star Plumbing and Heating is great! I called to schedule an installation and removal of a dishwasher, got an appointment right away. Kamran is very professional and does a wonderful job. He removed the old dishwasher and even placed it on the curb for me. He was able to replace the old with the new in just a little under an hour. He gave me a great price, will definitely give Five Star a call for all my plumbing needs.

The drain in the basement was backing up and I called 1st Choice on a Monday morning. Dan called within a couple of hours. He then came out the same day and fixed the problem!! I'm very pleased. Dan was extremely professional and courteous. He explained everything before and after.

Stack pipe replaced from floor of 2nd story down; this main pipe now goes down through the basement floor and out through the foundation wall (instead of through our basement steps!); all the old tile piping the length of our backyard either dug up and replaced, or lined (lined section to limit disturbance for our 100+ year old Black Walnut tree!); interior work also included rerouting our sump pump, moving the washing machine & sloppy sink, new water line to 1st story toilet, and streamlining all 1st story & basement plumbing lines!!!
They made sure we had access to basic water and plumbing necessities each evening/morning in the midst of the job - and did a great job cleaning up inside and outside in-spite of all the rain & mud!!

Chris helped in the past when a gas leak was discovered at my father’s home. I was impressed with the quality of his work so, when I found water leaking from my garage disposal I gave him a call. He responded the same day and scheduled a time to come out and repair it. He ensured everything was dry and working properly before leaving.

Friday, June 15th, after a very friendly phone call with Sharon, who called the day before to confirm (bonus!), both Luke and Orlando came out for a service call to put in a water valve for a new refrigerator we were installing in our home. After reviewing the work it would take, Luke gave very practical advice on how to solve the issue, as well as offering to not only take out our old refrigerator, but also install the new refrigerator to ensure everything was working right. Luke and Orlando were professional, efficient, and very customer service oriented. I appreciated the level of quality service and would without hesitation, use Approved Plumbing in the future.

The guys were great, very courteous and polite. They were knowledgeable and professional. Very honest about our drain problem and upfront about the cost and the extent of the job. Cleared out problem within an hour, we had rented a snake, bought many chemicals to pour down our drain, nothing helped. So pleased we called H. Jacks and I recommend them to anyone.

Brian from Everything Plumbing and Drain has been incredibly great through a very confusing project with my yard’s sewer line. He ended up having to come 4 different times to my house and still charged me the same price he quoted me for. I even ended up asking him if he needed more money for all the work he put into my house.
His communication skills are very clear and he is professional at all times.

Steve D. was very professional, knowledgeable and nice. He came out once to inspect the water heater and he was also assigned to install it a week later. The other 2 guys that came to help him remove the old one and transfer the new one were also very professional. They were quick and very quiet; while working from home I didn't even notice them moving the old and new as well as see their van and truck leave! Steve had to make some modifications, he explained why in a way that I could understand, that was very helpful. He also kept in mind whoever would be coming out in the future if there were any problems with any other appliances in that room.

Bemer Plumbing has been a pleasure to work with. We have had a few major plumbing projects in our older home and Dan and Michael were absolute professionals in their remediation of the issues. I appreciate when someone takes the time to do the job right, with care taken to make clean cuts and have things look good. They are punctual and honest about the time a job will take, and their prices are fair. We will use them for any future plumbing needs that arise. Thanks guys!

They came out to snake a clog in my bathroom sink. They were unsuccessful and said they would have remove the toilet and tear out the wall to replace the pipes. They charged me $150 for unsuccessful snaking of the pipes and told me it would be another $500 to tear out the wall and replace pipes. They also left a mess of sludge all over my bathroom floor. I called another company for a second opinion. They came out and were able to unclog the drain with an electric snake after a little bit of effort. So now I’m out $150 because the guy from Madison Plumbing was too lazy to get the job done.

I used North Olmsted Plumbing to fix the handle mechanism on my toilet because it kept running, and to reset the faucet on my kitchen sink because water was coming out around the base of the faucet. Their plumber was really polite and helpful, and he said that these were such minor plumbing repairs that he only charged me for his service call. I appreciate all of his help, and I'd recommend using them.
