Kamran from Five Star Plumbing and Heating came to our house with the issue we had with a water heater. He arrived on time and was very professional and patient. He installed our water heater within a few hours. He went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy with the job.

We were so impressed with his service to our water heater that we called Five Star Plumbing and Heating with our second issue involving our toilet. The toilet was leaking water. Kamran was able to detect the issue and was able to fix it quickly.

I had my hot water heater go out, and initially hired another heating and cooling company to come diagnose and fix the issue. The service person was dishonest about the issue, claimed I needed an entire new tank, and tried to sell me a new one at $1600.

Enter Tim and Alex from Plumb Nation who correctly diagnosed the issue to the elements needing to be replaced. $345 bill. Alex was even prepared to contact the manufacturer on my behalf to ensure they covered a full replacement, should that be the case! Tim also took the time to explain to me the issue so I clearly understood the needed repair and was a complete gentlemen. As a young, single woman, I cannot appreciate this enough.

So thankful to have an ethical company to call for any future plumbing needs!!

Called for storm drain cleaning services. Spoke with Mike. He quoted me $1300 since i was 50 miles from their location. Agreed on service for the following Tuesday. Nobody showed up or called.

Our job was elective and non emergent involving the kitchen sink piping. John and Brian had to be pulled away from my job due to an emergency (which is a totally reasonable thing to do!). They showed back up at 630 after working 3.5 hours at this emergency and didn’t leave until 830 so I could have a functional kitchen sink. They could’ve made me wait until the morning but expressed concerns that they wouldn’t want to be left without their kitchen sink. Thank you Brian and John!

We hired Northeast Plumbing to camera and jet our storm drains. They only took their camera through half of our storm drains and the jetting took less than 30 minutes to complete, but they still billed us an extraordinarily high amount and for full services that weren’t actually received or delivered. Northeast Plumbing has not responded to our emails since then. Would not recommend Northeast Plumbing as the prices are high and the levels of service and responsiveness are low.
