Called on a Saturday morning after finding the sewer backing up. They showed up quickly explained my options and then took care of the issue. Great experience.

Kamran was very professional and quick. I called yesterday evening and he came this morning and fixed our kitchen sink which had been backed up and leaking. He fixed the clog, replaced the old piping and provided a better flow for water, and gave advice for future upgrades to the plumbing when the time comes. He also generously gave me a military discount because I am in the Coast Guard, and that wasn't even something I asked for, it just came up in conversation when he asked how old it was and I said I didn't know because I moved here on orders last summer after being stationed in Washington D.C. previously. I highly recommend and will call 5 star again for any plumbing needs.

Had an emergency plumbing blockage that needed immediate attention.. called 911 plumbing and they were out within a couple hours, my technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite, cleared the blockage in no time! Will definitely use for all our plumbing needs!!!!! And will recommend to all my family and friends!! Great job 👍‼️

Called on Aug. 26, 2023 and was scheduled an appointment for August 29, 2023 for backflow valve work. Was texted on Aug. 28, 2023 that they could not make it! SAID THEY COULD NOT GET TO ME UNTIL OCTOBER!!!!Why have someone make appointments when they do not know their own scheduling! WASTED MY TIME!!!

We hired Northeast Plumbing to camera and jet our storm drains. They only took their camera through half of our storm drains and the jetting took less than 30 minutes to complete, but they still billed us an extraordinarily high amount and for full services that weren’t actually received or delivered. Northeast Plumbing has not responded to our emails since then. Would not recommend Northeast Plumbing as the prices are high and the levels of service and responsiveness are low.

I was in the market for a bathroom remodel and had three companies come out for an estimate. While all the estimates were in the same ballpark, it was Jerry's thoroughness of looking at what would be needed for the project that gave Litt's the edge. Every one of the workers that came to the house was thoughtful by putting drop-cloths down for the areas they would be walking through. They were very pleasant and friendly throughout the remodel; and arrived when we were told they would. The work was done timely and professionally. I would definitely recommend Litt's.

Repaired with new parts in 2 toilets. First time to have Mario and was very happy with his capable service. Will request him for any plumbing problems in the future. Thank you, Mario. Hope we don’t see you too soon !!

Killeen Plumbing Company has provided fast, courteous, and professional service to my family. The Technician team (4 in total) sent to evalutate and correct a problem I was having with my water-heater was efficient, respectful (of me and of my property... taking time to lay down protective tarps and to clean the work area when finished), and competent. I was pleased with fair pricing and the overall experience (to include friendly, helpful, and diligent office personnel who scheduled the Technicians and followed-up well regarding timetables and custom-satisfaction inquiry). Cleveland Plumbing Guy did an awesome job. Redid plumbing in my bathroom and shower. Also needed work on my air conditioner and they fixed it. Very efficient and friendly workers. Would always use them in any situation. Recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or air conditioning work.

We had a water service line leak on our property and had received notice from the city to get it repaired within 10 days. Paul, the owner, was incredibly helpful even before we hired VIP Plumbing, and he asked several questions to help him gauge the work to be done and anticipate the city's needs re: permits and inspection, even before the crew came out to perform an estimate. The crew was professional and friendly, and they did a great job with the installation of a new line - keeping as much of the sidewalk and driveway intact as possible to avoid extra costs on our end. They worked a very long day and brought in extra team members so that we didn't have to go overnight without water. We highly recommend VIP Plumbing!

Had to have some new gas lines installed for a dryer and outdoor grill. Work was done on time and at the estimate provided. The folks that worked on the project were professional, cleaned up after the work, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

I recently had an unfortunate situation where one plumber misdiagnosed a leaky toilet and visited 3 times to unnecessarily adjust a flange, and ultimately install a new toilet. However, the leak source was a deeper issue where the drain pipe itself had a leaking seam. I called H. Jack and they arrived the next day, took the time to accurately diagnose the issue, and then the day after that correctly fixed the issue. Seeing the amount of labor involved in this verified that the price they charged was more than reasonable

Scheduled for them to handle a very messy clogged sewer main drain problem at my business . And was on time and professional. Went above and beyond with cleaning up the mess and fixing the problem in a timely manor . A job that was estimated at $1500.00+ he came and did it for a 3rd of the cost waiving a few fees aswell . Definitely will be recommending this business and using them in the future .

Highly recommended: excellent work, communication, and covid safety. I was having several plumbing issues in my house. One issue was a clogged sink drain. But I was also having bigger problems that turned out to be a clogged main line. Fred showed me the clog on the camera and then explained how it happened. (There are ledges inside the drain line caused by concrete around the joint.) They cleared the clogs and left everything the way they found it. In fact, some things were CLEANER when they left! My sink had a nasty residue inside it from standing water before they arrived. That was completely cleaned out when they left! Also, they are very conscientious about COVID. They arrived wearing masks. Fred later informed me about their vaccination status and asked if I would like them to continue wearing masks or if it was ok to remove them. I asked if they would please continue wearing them (I was also wearing one) because my daughter is too young to get vaccinated. They voiced no issue with that and continued wearing masks the entire time they were inside my house. This was greatly appreciated!
