From the first call to H. Jack's, to the time the job was completed, we definitely picked the right company for the job. All of the employees, from the ones who came to do the estimate, the ones I talked to on the phone, to the ones who performed the work were all extremely professional, courteous, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Before deciding on H. Jack's, we got 4 different estimates from different companies for a rather large job inside our house.
Because our work spanned multiple days and a weekend, they kept us informed of their progress, showed us what they were doing throughout the job, and when they were expecting to be done.
This was an inside project, but the area they were working in was always cleaned up before they left and made safe for us, our kids, and our pets, to be around. They put down runners over the carpeted areas and swept and even wiped the concrete floors with rags to remove any dirt and mud mess they made before they left each day!
I'd definitely recommend H. Jack's to my friends and family, and if I ever have another issue they can fix, I'll definitely call them again for an estimate.

Ryan was an amazing worker. He was efficient, and professional. He made me aware of a possible issue that may need attention in the future and a possible concern with a pipe today. He handled it. He was very easy to talk to and he explained what he was doing. Because of his character and integrity, I would recommend anyone needing a plummer to request him. I CERTAINLY WILL!

Sean was great! Twice in the last week I needed a plumber in a pinch and he was very responsive and willing to take on the work. And best of all he was great at it. He installed a shut off valve behind our fridge, replaced parts of our tub and fixed a defective toilet. I will not hesitate to call him should I need plumbing work in the future.

Wyattworks helped us get our upstairs shower back in working order after it had been leaking through our ceiling. Their customer service was terrific and the techs they sent out were fantastic. Luke and Thomas came out and quickly assessed the problem. We were scheduled to get the rest of the work done a few days later. Ricky came out right on time and completed the job. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional and they made the whole process far more seamless and manageable than I thought it'd be. We'll definitely be using Wyattworks again in the future and I highly recommend them.

called their emergency number during the holidays, after hours. their phone service seems pretty professional as it gets you to an operator that helps get the information for the service. the operator contacted the on call service tech and he called within 30 min. Came right out to our house and helped us with our sewer stoppage issue. Dave was super nice very professional. Since it was during the holidays after hours, we felt pretty bad but he was really nice and made the whole process really easy.

Had them come in for a leak. We were charged over 200.00 and 3 months later we had the same leak reoccurrence so we called and talked to someone and they said they would have the technician call us back, no one called back so we had to call someone else and the water line was put in incorrect. We also had to turn off the main line because the shut off valve he put in didn’t work! Will never recommend or use them ever again!

Needed a valve replaced. Service person did not show up with correct tools for the job. Took almost an hour to turn the main water valve off, then needed to leave to acquire the correct key to shut the water off. Mind you the water meter was installed by the city less than 24 hours prior. Repeat trips to service truck (15-20x), then needed to leave (again) to acquire the parts he needed to do the job. Also, informed them of what service was needed. So you figure they would show up with the parts needed. No estimate given. Then charged 2 hours labor, plus parts and a service charge.

Mitch was her on Friday unclogged bathroom sink, today 2 other guts came in a fixed broken pipe in basement shower an installed fixture. They were all great, cleaned everything when done. Polite, professional. An they worked with my home warranty which is great hard to find a company that will work with home warranty.

Ralph was absolutely wonderful. Was having an issue with my garbage disposal and clogged sink. Pompeii’s came out the next day. Ralph was able to find and resolve the issue quickly. He was very upfront and honest about cost and options and did not try to upsell me. Would certainly use them again.

Mike with VIP plumbing came out for a sink leak and he took care of the issue and he is the nicest, professional plumber I ever dealt with. I highly recommend him!
