came out same day I called and was able to replace sump pump. Adam was very nice to work with and very knowledgeable. did not mind me asking lots of questions and watching him (not that I felt I needed to, but because I like to learn about these things). Truly 911 type service (for plumbing). would use again.

The worker was nice enough and he repaired my toilet line properly. But the worker dumped Debris in my recycling can, left the poopy pipe on top of my fridge, and made a dusty mess out of my kitchen. Cleanup was so bad that i called the health department for advice. Through doing so, I found out they did the work without a permit.

I can’t say enough nice things about this business. I called in distraught on Christmas Eve because our hot water tank died. I had people coming to my home the following day. Killeens not only called me back immediately but sent two awesome technicians out to replace my hot water tank same day! Beyond grateful for their services. I even gave the guys chocolate chip cookies four the road because who replaces hot water tanks (without a service premium!) on Christmas Eve?! Will use again and definitely would recommend to others!

We found the service from Neptune to be a pleasing experience and the technician very efficient. The company is also very professional to deal with. Fees are reasonable and our technician Scott Kirkwood was very informative, professional, extremely competent, and presented us with options for our issues. We had a new toilet installed during a remodel and the contractor was out twice but couldn’t get it right. We called Plumbing Tech and Justin knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it right! We have used Plumbing Tech before and will continue to call them when we need work done right.

Great company to be able to subcontract work too

I had a leak in my bathroom, and I couldnt find out where it was from. I called the emergency Cleveland Plumber, even though I am in Lakewood, and they came out within an hour. The technician found my leak behind the shower and managed to fix it with a few gaskets he had in his truck. Instead of a few thousand dollards of repairs, it was a much better price. He also serviced my water heater so it would last through the winter.

They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great plumbing service in Clevelnad.

Was working in my apartment and took it upon themselves to vandalize my surfboard. Not sure why. So maybe watch your belongings if they are around.
