Prompt but way overpriced

Nick, Corey, John and one other team member came out today to work on the drainage in our backyard. While out, they also separately took a look at our sump pump as we were worried about its performance. Installed a new 12” drain and catch basin. The team was professional, walked us through the issues and solutions and cleaned up after themselves. We’ve used Killeen for years and they’re our go-to plumbers. Appreciate their work.

Very professional, fast sufficient and showed up to our home in about 30-45 minutes. Ben, Jake and Nick were all very nice and helpful. Definitely would recommend them!

I had this company come at 55 $ to tell me that they have to return tomorrow with a part that’s warrantied and charge 288$ and when told him about the part previously replace he said what he was going to replace and that cost covered his diagnostic efforts and to bring back the part. This part he was going to replace is connected with 1 or 2 screws and one wire. Not at all happy so I paid 55 dollars for him to tell me the part I told his dispatcher that was the issue.
