Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Your a true Gentleman! I was out of town on business and my wife called to tell me the sewers backing up. She called a Rooter company and after 1500 dollars it was still flooded. They told us our sewer would collapse at anytime. They wanted to replace it for 28,000 dollars. I found First Choice Plumbing and there technician Dan came out promptly. He not only got us draining but re-assured us the sewer was fine. He used his camera scope and even emailed the video to me as i was out of town. He said it was a soft blockage probably from femine products as i have three daughters. I cant thank First Choice enough for their integrity in such a steessful time. I will definitely refer them to anyone who needs an honest plumber.

We used Killeen Plumbing Company to fix a broken pipe under our driveway. The employees were extremely punctual, considerate, polite, and professional. They completed the entire job in one day, with minimal disruptions—even while my husband and I were working from home due to COVID-19. They also were very safety-conscious and wore masks, gloves, and shoe covers for the small time they had to enter the house and look in the basement. Thank you thank you! Gio did a great job for me. He was able to fix a clogged kitchen drain with the special equipment he has. No other plumber was able to blast thru the clog. I was really worried it was going to cost a lot of money but Gio gave me a fair price and was very honest about what needed to be done. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely recommend him and use him again. It’s nice to have someone you can call to take care of the problem.

Awesome work and workers cleaned up everything very neatly......would highly recommend to a friend! We have tried to get them to come back 3 times now to explain the cleanout valve since 8 months ago and no one has showed up it's not very good customer service

I bought a new dishwasher from Home Depot and they were to install it upon delivery. They weren't able to do the installation because of the type of plumbing I have (Pex with compression fittings). Home Depot had two separate installation teams come out (there were supposed to be 3, but the 2nd team never showed, so a 3rd had to come!) They finally sent Northeast Plumbing & Mechanical to do the installation.
Kaley (I hope I spelled that right lol) contacted me to schedule and the soonest was a week out. I told her what had been going on, mind you original installation was to be Thursday and that team couldn't do it. It was then rescheduled for Saturday, that team never showed up! It was then scheduled for Monday, and to my extreme dismay, that team explained they aren't able to work on that type plumbing! Kaley was super sweet and understanding and assured if there were any cancelations etc she would contact me asap. I was so surprised when she called the following morning and said there was an opening Friday morning! She scheduled me in and assured me they would take care of me.
Tim (TT) was who showed up and he was amazing! He was very nice and so well prepared and organized. He did a wonderful job and was very thorough and I mean very thorough! He made some conversions to make things easier for me moving forward should anything happen. He even took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. I was extremely impressed with him and could not have asked for a better experience!
I can't thank you guys enough! You're awesome! Definitely my go to if ever needed and will come highly recommended!
