The company exceeded my expectations in great customer service. The company was timely in responding to the problems I was having with my Navien water system. I have tried other companies on Navien's list of recommended vendors over the past seven years, but the tech took the time to explain the potential problem and the troubleshooting options. If there is a need for a plumber for your Navien water tankless system, I highly recommend Smylie.

Our main sewer line backed up. Adam came out and explained everything to me in detail that he thought could be the problem and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He showed me images during and after cleaning our sewer line. I would definitely recommend this company and Adam to anyone. Great job!!

When our sewer line backed up, Andy from plumb nation came and thoroughly diagnosed the problem and came up with a plan to not only repair the damaged line in our back yard but also helped re-route/consolidate our indoor service lines to be more efficient. The estimate/price was very reasonable for the work done. They even did some minor extra work in our basement that was not on the original estimate to make things work better. Andy always got back to me in a timely manner when I had questions and reassured me during this stressful time when our drains weren't working. They got the job done quickly and correctly so that when we came home from work, we were able to use our drains! :-) Finally, they helped us with our insurance claim and were very cooperative with our adjuster. If you have ANY sewer line issues, they are the ones to call!

This is the second time I've used this company and I am very satisfied with service once again. First, they were able to send someone very quickly which is music to a homeowners ears when faced with an issue. Second, Mike was very knowledgeable and explained everything step by step. Killeen replaced a 50 gallon gas hot water heater for $1800, including a couple of up-charges they disclosed up front. But they did not tell us about a 3.5% credit card fee until after the job was done.

They used a warehouse-grade dolly with tiny rigid wheels to drag heavy equipment through our home, destroying a new flooring transition. I sent them a photograph showing the stretched metal that is now jammed underneath of the flooring it used to cover. The screws are bent and exposed, snagging toes of those who enter the front door. I asked them to use dollies that are appropriate for use in a finished home, but they won't even take the time to write me back.

The installation was done quickly and the result looks nicer than what was there. But they downsized to a smaller exhaust fan that is noisy and now we can hear the unit run when we are upstairs in the kitchen.

Killeen did a good job of plumbing the OK water heater they sold to us. But they damaged our new flooring and can't even find the time to apologize for it. They're not a great company to invite into your home.

We hired Northeast Plumbing to camera and jet our storm drains. They only took their camera through half of our storm drains and the jetting took less than 30 minutes to complete, but they still billed us an extraordinarily high amount and for full services that weren’t actually received or delivered. Northeast Plumbing has not responded to our emails since then. Would not recommend Northeast Plumbing as the prices are high and the levels of service and responsiveness are low.

Needed a sewer line cleanout. I've consulted with the city and other plumbers, and Ian from Pompeii's took the time to thoroughly inform me of the issue, and was able to resolve it and recommend future action in a non-sales-pressure way. He also pointed out some other situations that were helpful to know about. It was a very difficult rootball, but Ian and Chris persevered and took care of it. I'm a happy customer.
