The WyattWorks office staff was great - they were easy to reach, scheduled the appointment quickly, and followed up to let us know exactly what time Mike would be arriving. Mike himself was fantastic - very professional, calm, quiet, and cheerful. He explained what needed to be done clearly and was able to do the work that day. He left everything very tidy. He also told us what we needed watch for long term with our plumbing. We were very impressed and would definitely use Mike and WyattWorks again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service! We had a really tough driveway drain, constantly clogged and would back up flooding my garage. They jetted it, a couple days later was put to the test with a steady heavy rain and the drain worked perfectly. Thanks so much for prompt response and service. 😊

I’ve been using the Plumbing Source for over 10 years and as you can see they have provided a host of different services over the years between our last home and the older home we just moved into one year ago. Last year a new air conditioner and furnace were installed and the technicians were efficient and professional. Only once in the last 10 years have we had an issue with a repair and it was promptly resolved at no cost to me. Most recently they took care of a problematic drain in a bathroom sink and managed to get our exterior gas lamppost functional after years of being dormant. The value of a strong work ethic coupled with good customer service and value is hard to come by these days. Thank you!!

I was having some unusual sewer type smells coming from my third-floor. I turned to the plumbers who I’ve been using for years, Killeen Plumbing. They were very responsive And manage to set up a visit that day!
Alex was professional ,took his time to diagnose the problem and pinpointed the roof vent that was blocked and causing the problem and promptly unclogged it taken care of the issue.

Just wanted a free estimate and Bill showed up and let me know that I had some serious problems with my water heater and pipes. Fixed the pipes right then and there and then helped us budget out a great price for a new heater, was also able to replace it the same day! Like I said before, wanted a estimate, left with a new water heater and feeling better and no pressure to buy at all. Thanks Bill for everything!

I’ve used Brian for just about everything. I’ve got a number of properties with different heating and cooling systems and he has shown expertise in all of them. Brian is one of the few people in this business that will have complete integrity and stick to what is needed. In an emergency situation Brian is the guy to call!

Rip off. RIP OFF. These guys came to my house. I asked what the hourly rate was, he told me $90. I asked what they thought was wrong. The guy told me I needed to rip up my floor. I said I'd like to get a second opinion. I got a bill for $120.00. Then I got a bill $240.00. I called and spoke to a lady and she said she would talk to the owner, maybe her husband.. I got a call from the lady a few months later and she was asking when I was going to pay the bill. They then took the bill to creditor's. They ripped me off and did nothing for me. Plus they lied about their rates. At minimum I would have paid them for coming out if that was agreed upon up front. It's pretty malicious thing to do in a credit is everything society. I'd like to know how they think they've earned $240.00. None the less I did not have to rip up my floor. I did have to punch a 5 inch hole in the dry wall though.
