Best Clogged Drain Repair in Cleveland OH

We have used Hank at least 5 times for various things. The latest was that we needed a toilet installed. We ordered the toilet and got it home and called him. Within an hour he called us back and within the next hour they were in my house installing it. Such great customer service. I highly recommend him!

I had Wyatt works install a garbage disposal! The upfront communication from the Office personnel for scheduling was amazing!! Justin the technician was prompt, described everything in detail and did an immaculate job installing the garbage disposal!! Definitely recommend them and will for sure use them again!!

We have a basement drain backing up problem and Gabriel came on the other day. He first run a diagnosis, identified it was a clog in our kitchen line, then remove the clog. Trust-worthy guys.

Scott took a look at my issue he told me my options and emailed me a quote. I signed the doc. and they started the next Monday and finished 8 days later. Someone answered the phone right away. A plumber was available the same day and gave me time to get home. Bill did a very thorough job.

Just moved into the area and had some immediate plumbing repairs to be done. I called a few places and got only answering machines, no callbacks. Then I dialed Northeast and not only spoke with a very pleasant and live representative, but I also was able to schedule an appointment right away. The two workmen who showed up did excellent work and were very personable, and the repairs (new pipes plus a clogged pipe) were done in a day. A week or so later, we discovered another problem, this time having to do with our washer installation and the gas line for a dryer. Again I was able to schedule a prompt appointment and the service was excellent. Totally worth it!
Am planning to try them out for a little electrical work in the near future. So glad to have found a service we can rely on!

Derek and Dustin replaced the hot and cold water faucets in the laundry room for our new washing machine. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and reviewed the work to be done and the costs prior to starting. They reviewed the work that was done after they were completed and their clean up was immaculate. They even hooked up the washing machine and dryer. CLOGGED BATHROOM SINKI was told by a plumber from another local company that the pipe was blocked with sludge and that they would have to tear out the wall and replace the pipes. They charged me $150 for the unsuccessful attempt at snaking the drain and said it would be another $500 to come back and open the wall.So, I called Roto Rooter for a second opinion on my clogged bathroom sink. Rich, from Roto Rooter came to check it out and was able to snake the drain freeing up the clog. It took him a couple of hours, but he got the job done. He also told me that he would not charge me if he couldn’t get the drain unclogged unlike the other company. And he gave me a 6 month guarantee on the work done.I want to thank Rich from Roto Rooter for giving us a working sink again in our only bathroom. He was polite, explained everything and cleaned up his mess. Thanks Roto rooter!

They came out to snake a clog in my bathroom sink. They were unsuccessful and said they would have remove the toilet and tear out the wall to replace the pipes. They charged me $150 for unsuccessful snaking of the pipes and told me it would be another $500 to tear out the wall and replace pipes. They also left a mess of sludge all over my bathroom floor. I called another company for a second opinion. They came out and were able to unclog the drain with an electric snake after a little bit of effort. So now I’m out $150 because the guy from Madison Plumbing was too lazy to get the job done.

Steve came out, gave me a good estimate. I had him come out the next week.. Fast, efficient, one of the best estimates and did a great job. My toilets are quiet as a church mouse now. Plus they have a one year warranty. I will definitely recommend and use them again.
