Best Backflow Prevention in Cleveland OH

The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The price was a little on the high side. But not too terrible for a business.
My issue was not with them. My issue was on my brand new driveway. Their van leaked oil on it. When they pulled away there was a fresh oil stain. About 2-3 inches around.
I did not call them to complain. Because the longer it would sit. The harder it would be to get the stain out. I just got my cleaner and power washer out. And got it cleaned.
I think that a business should never pull into someone’s driveway. Especially if they have trucks that leak oil. Just very disappointing.

The worker was nice enough and he repaired my toilet line properly. But the worker dumped Debris in my recycling can, left the poopy pipe on top of my fridge, and made a dusty mess out of my kitchen. Cleanup was so bad that i called the health department for advice. Through doing so, I found out they did the work without a permit.

Recently had Mayer plumbing install a new outside water spigot. Jason was my installer. He was very professional. He was on time, courteous, and quick on the install. I would definitely recommend Mayer plumbing.

Called and told them we had an issue with our toilet leaking. They came out pretty quick, and the plumber was condescending and said our toilet wasnt leaking, that it was either our shower door not closing (even after we pointed out that shower has never been used), or our gutters somehow overflowing through our siding. We fix these issues, but a month later things are getting worse and I take a closer look and the toilet is 100% leaking. Call them back out, and after trying to say it was a coincidence and talking around it, the plumber quickly realized it was the wax ring - one of the most common problems. He finally admitted, in a direct quote, that the other plumber was too fat and too lazy to fit into the crawl space to check for the problem, and too embarrassed to call and ask for help. While they eventually comped one of the visits (after much arguing) and the work they did was adequate, I still have a water damaged subfloor now and will never use or recommend them again. If you do happen to use them, request a plumber who isn't fat and lazy (their own words about the first guy).

Even on Saturday they came in less than an hour and they handled the drain problem professionally. Very satisfied with their service and their friendliness.

Our bathroom sink drain was completely blocked, and right before the holidays! Warren, our tech #3325, came to our rescue. He arrived shortly after our call. Warren diagnosed our problem and fixed our drain in no time. It runs better now than it has for years. Warren was kind and very professional.

Ran into one of the workers at the stop light on OH-57 and Chestnut Ridge Rd. He was vibing along with me to some Young Dolph. Immediately earned my respect and I know who I will be calling the next time I have plumbing issues!

I have called twice in a 11 day stand leaving voicemail's both times providing a contact number I never heard back it is a horrible way to do business

I hired them to replace my exterior faucets with no-freeze models. On a positive note neither faucet leaks.
I had to have them come out a second time to correct their mistakes. I.E. The handles on both faucets were loose, They had to repair the mounting on one faucet.---The mounting screws weren't fully seated, they were at odd angles and 3/8 of an inch of the screws hadn't been tightened down to the exterior wall. They failed to put sealing putty on the same faucet mount----allowing water into house during rain or snow.
I believe they overcharged me for both parts and labor. The installer left trash in my basement and dirty hand prints on my exterior door. This coupled with the fact that they had to come out a second time to correct their mistakes means I wouldn't recommend this company.

Wow, what a relief!! My fiancé and I had James come out to repair our main sewer line that had been causing us nothing but issues for a few years now and From start to finish James kept us updated and didn’t miss a beat when it came down to the repair. Not only were they here early but they also stayed later into the afternoon to make sure they were able to get in and out for me on a Saturday.. extremely hard workers and I recommend them 10/10 times to anyone. This was my first time using them for work but deffinatly will NOT be my last. I appreciate you guys ! Thank you again!

Our sump pump went down and it was raining hard, to say we were in a panic would be an understatement! We called and they got Kyle out as soon as possible! The work was top notch and at a fair price. The plumber arrived in less than 1 hour (on football Sunday!) and fixed the issue promptly. Service was great.
