Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

Excellent communication. They were on time, very friendly and extremely professional. Excellent value and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Bobby arrived within the hour to check my non-working air conditioner. Super easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Also wore mask and social distanced. Up and running in an hour.Also answered all my questions about the need for a new system; mine is sixteen years old. Will call again.

Just dont buy your own part and pay for them to help you with it. George put in a new cartridge(which we purchased on our own). Paid him $145 to help with the difficult removal of the old cartridge(you know how simple jobs are rarely simple). Initially the leaky faucet seemed fixed after he put in the new one until we tried to take a shower and had no hot water pressure. Called him back out and after he fooled with it for a minute, said that the new cartridge was bad and it would cost atleast another $145 plus cost of him purchasing a new part for him to remedy the problem. Had he told us this from the get go, we would've returned the already purchased cartridge and let him buy his own. Now we're back to square one snd

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Had a floor drain clogged in basement. Had to turn off the AC on a hot day to stop condensate line from flooding floor. Called Nieman around 8:00pm and followed prompts for 24 hour emergency calls. No one ever called back. Fortunately I was able to eventually get the drain cleared myself. So much for emergency service.

The service man was on time, assessed the problem quickly, provided a reasonable estimate, then performed the work quickly.

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service.
