customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

We had issues keeping the water running. Ralph went above and beyond researching the pumps and expansion tank that keep the water running at our home. While several companies walked away from the challenge Ralph stepped up to it. Thanks Anderson Hills Plumbing.

Bradley was very personable and nice. I would rate him highly but I believe there was a wild swing in the price after he spoke to his manager/supervisor. I received an estimate to replace a large visible above ground sewer pipe(20-25ft) with easy access that was more than 4 times the cost of my next closest estimate. Also by a reputable plumbing company, Several thousands of dollars. Pics were taken and sent work drawn up so no possible confusion. I don't know if they thought i was an idiot but i always do my research. I would say BEWARE AT ANY COST. Now I understand why they charge for estimates.

I was very pleased with your company, from the person who took my call(s) to Shawn who made the repairs. He is very professional, honest, and pleasant. He arrived in a timely manner, and when I had to have him return the next day, he was on time. The return trip was because of a faulty brand new product which I had provided. Hi! I’m 18 and I was driving through Eastgate around 2:30pm on August 2nd and ended up behind one of these company trucks. The man driving was infront of me going 60 in a 65. Not only 5 under, but we were in the fast lane as well. I shook my head, which I do at most people who go slow, and he excessively mocked me by thrashing his head back and forth. I was in my Jeep Wrangler with the doors and top off so he thought it would be okay to roll his window down and try to spit to get it on me. He eventually got over and continued to flip me off through the window when I drove by. He had a hat on and glasses as well I believe.

Our technician Max was very prompt and courteous. Very professional and explained everything that he was about to do. Once finished, he suggested things to do to keep the pipe clean. We had a technician named John, who was super friendly and got the problem fixed in less than 15 mins! The wait time for a technician was not very long either so overall we're super pleased with the experience. Can't stress enough how nice and knowledgable John was and he was really great interacting with our children which is very important to us. Great job!

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
