Best Water Heater Repair Installation Replacement in Cincinnati OH

I paid the $85(ish) trip fee for them to come out and quote me a price 4.5x higher than another company. To me, it seems like it's easy to make a quick $85, quote high, and move on ripping people off on that. Called to request my money back since it was such a joke on what they quoted me and was told a manager would call back. Never heard from them. Call Dixon Plumbing. Save money with no trip fees and they are honest.

Ben came out and immediately identified the problem, he fixed our shower valve the same day. He explained everything thoroughly to us and helped us make an informed decision. We would highly recommended Ben and 1 Tom Plumber to anyone who has plumbing needs.

The professional as not going to do the service. Seemed hungry for money. I had to take the cage off cause he couldn’t understand how to. Needed a new compressor which he charged over $300 then refrigerant quote for over $600. Omg. I will not use them again. I’m still looking for refrigerant because it can’t run with little in the system.

Tarvin Plumbing was extremely responsive and professional when our old hot water heater died. The morning after it died, I called Tarvin and they were at my home with a new hot water heater TWO HOURS later! They were efficient in installing it. There was a weld that did not hold, and they came quickly when we discovered that and fixed it quickly. Their pricing was fair. Tarvin will be our plumber from now on.

Rico did a thorough review of our furnace and humidifier and was in & out in no time. Very professional and friendly. :-)

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
