Best Water Heater Repair/Replacement in Cincinnati OH

The technician gave a cost estimate of between 2500 and 9500 to repair our AC unit. Also it would take “days” to get the parts and it’s about to be 4th of July weekend. I was told our unit was already 15 years old-he lost credibility, since the house is only 12 years!! So with further research and contacting another company, we learned that the most likely needed repair was a $279 combined part and install. We are sitting in a well air conditioned comfortable home again, just 24 hours after our initial consultation with S and K, that led us to believe we needed a whole new AC. It pays to do your research!

Joe was amazing. When looking up plumbers I called a different company first.( Google sorted by location distance). After waiting over an hour for just a call back we called 1-Tom-plumber. In the same time we spent waiting for the other company to call me back, Joe had came out, fixed the problem, and gave me numerous valuable tips to avoid the issue in the future. Saying that he went above and beyond is an understatement. The other company still hasn’t called me back. I highly recommend them and Joe.

I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. My hot water heater stopped working. I called and I was able to get a same day appointment. My technician Mike called a hour before coming and was on time. He tried to fix my old water heater. But it was not fixable. The cost of a new one was more than I expected. He was very nice and did not try to pressure me into buying one. But helpful in giving me information on my hot water heater. Matt (#2719) promptly arrived at my home and was friendly and eager to help. Over the weekend, an outside drained backed up and flooded my basement, so we knew we needed to call Roto Rooter to help with the problem.

After being there only about 10 minutes, Matt was able to diagnose the problem and began working to solve it. Once he was able to clear the drain line, he brought we down to show the final results and I was extremely pleased! He also cleaned up the area so it looked even better once he was done!
