Best Tankless Water Heaters in Cincinnati OH

We came back from vacation on a Sunday evening to find our a/c not working. Schneller & Knockelmann came out the next day. Our tech Colin knew right away what was wrong and checked everything over to confirm then gave us our options. He was very nice and explained things well enough for me to relay the info to my husband so that we could decide to get an estimate to replace. They had someone come out the same day for the estimate and didn’t charge extra. I would definitely recommend this company.

Admittedly, I was hesitant to reach out because I knew they were a big name in Cincinnati and figured they would be super pricey. Boy, was I wrong. They charged half of what I have paid in the past to get a deep clog out of my drain and Clayton was phenomenal. He was prompt, efficient, cleaned up everything and was very kind. Will definitely be reaching out with future needs.

I have learned to really trust Neyer Plumbing. I couldn't be happier with their work. If they say something is needed, it is needed. They have recently completed a difficult plumbing job in my older house (on 8/20) and I would recommend them to everyone.

That said, I have been reading the reviews on this page and saw one in particular about how someone had a sewer line issue and how the big companies prey on customers who lack the knowledge of things like this. I already made an appointment with Neyer to take care of a sewer line issue I am having. They will be here Friday 8/23/19. Why waste time with a company who takes advantage of people (they know who they are). After calling Neyer Plumbing the past 14 years I have lived here, I'm sold on them. Will update!

This time they replaced an outdoor hose bib which was leaking all winter. As always, friendly and helpful, on time, and did a great job quickly.So glad I responded to their mailers. Really nice folks, very professional, great prices, and they really try to build a relationship with you (and succeed) with little perks - I just got a free check on my heating system, and Ian Taylor fixed what the previous company had screwed up, even before I started running my heat for the winter.

I cannot say enough as to how great Taylor and his team at Halpin plumbing were. I'm currently finishing my basement and had a very complex plumbing job that required multiple sections of concrete flooring to be broken up, old plumbing removed, and new drains & vents for fixtures installed. The team's professionalism was truly unmatched throughout the entire process. As far as pricing they were by far the best and even when surprises arose when connecting to 50+ year old plumbing the estimates to fix those areas were fair, explained thoroughly, and executed quickly. The team was able to start within a week of asking them to begin and the whole job was complete in a day and a half. I highly recommend you at least give Halpin a call to provide an estimate. Also look in your local Valpak for some seriously good coupons if you're looking to get work done.

We needed a water line run to a new refrigerator in the employee break room. I was told this was the only option unless I wanted the line to freeze. I was extremely apprehensive at this idea and was charged $688 for a service that looks halfway finished and awful in an office. I was told to just get something from the hardware store to make it look better, but for almost $700, should I be doing this? At this point I regret using this company.

Installed a new twin bowl laundry sink replacing an old heavy concrete sink. The old sink was cumbersome and pretty hard to excavate. Initially, a smaller single bowl sink was installed due to the unavailability of a twin bowl sink. A new supply line to the sink and a new faucet with both, hot and cold water lines were also installed. The sink works well and the service through Collier's Plumbing was very affordable.

Nick is a wealth of information and very helpful with providing troubleshooting over the phone before attempting to come out and charge for the service call.
