NR Plumbing was a pleasant surprise. A few months ago I had a small plumbing job that a big-plumber company did. Wow. What a bill for such a short time!!
So, when an outdoor faucet died, I went to Ferguson for a replacement part and learned that the entire faucet needed replacing. The clerk gave me NR Plumbing's business card. Nick came promptly, did an excellent job, and charged me half or less of what a big company would charge. From now on, he's my plumber. Courteous and respectful and clean. I will tell my friends and relatives about him. You don't find quality work for reasonable prices much anymore. Nick's the best!!

They were able to clear a code 10 after the city replaced my water line from the curb to my house in debris got into my tankless water heater.
I called Nick when I was looking to replace a 14 year old water heater with a tankless system. He explained the process and didn't try to oversell me. His estimate was extremely reasonable and the final price was exactly what he quoted a month earlier.
While he was here I asked about running a gas line for my cooktop which he completed at the same time and again at a very fair price.
He's a great guy and now that he's expanding his business he also has a great, friendly team working with him .
I wouldn't hesitate to call Nick for all of my future plumbing needs and will certainly reccommend him to any friends needing a plumber.
You really can't go wrong with Mr Hot Water!

Geat job!!! This guy was fast and efficient. He came in to fix a clogged drain and ended up re working the pipes in my laundry room so that I had more room in my small laundry room. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Was able to come out within 15 minutes of calling, checked out what was going on and fixed it all within a hour or so. Excellent work, great communication about what was going on and how he was going to fix it, and just overall great work! Also very reasonable!
Nick did a great job finding and fixing the leak in our pipes. He responded quickly and knew exactly what to do when he assessed the problem. In the picture attached to this review you can see the pipes after he fixed them. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take a picture before he started, but the crack was about a 10 inches long and half an inch wide.
Nick was fantastic. He was fast to respond, VERY courteous in his dealings with us, and although he certainly had experienced suggestions and advice, he was in no way overbearing, willing to cooperate by answering our questions and following our concerns and in helping with our water heater distress.
He even went and picked up and brought to our home the water heater that we thought best.
I highly recommend this gentleman!

Nick was great! He was very fast and efficient! He was up in Colombus when my landlord called and he came all the way down to Cincinnati at 8:00 PM. He really didn’t have to but he did it out of his own free will. This was my first day in my first apartment and Nick really made things so much easier. He’s such a good guy. If you want a good plumber, please don’t hesitate to call Nick!!

Nick is the best, he will get the job done properly and will for sure save you lots of money.
I got several quotes to compare with his pricing, and it was at least twice higher than it cost me to do it with him.

Nick was awesome! He did a great job a couple of weeks ago installing my tankless water heater. He was very efficient and was much less costly than larger plumbing companies. I would recommend him for any plumbing job.

Nick installed a water heater for me at a fair price. He was able to meet at my house within 2 hours after I called him. Did an excellent job. I would definitely use his services again.
Nick is great. He's totally committed to the job, and to getting it right the first time. It took a little longer than initially estimated to install our new boiler, but the job is done well and you couldn't ask for a nicer, more consciencious guy to do it!
